Oh, and down ~7% today and down from over 2.20 a few days ago, do you think someone knew something ahead of this announcement? My guess is that they will be hoping to buy lower but it will turn quickly upward as shares get bought up. Huge drop already and the ones in the know will be there to buy as offering price will probably be well over the $2 mark.

  • Tell me something that everyone already didn't already know. Now the wondering when and how much the offering will be. Still have the $3.38 price target and quite a bit of recent good news out there. Just need enough to tie us over for our big ramp up into later this year and into next. Shouldn't need much but I'm sure the having a bit of extra cash will go far on the balance sheet. I will be buying if we get any drop here as the money will ultimately pull us much higher. I'm sure institutions will jump on this one with all the forward looking information out there as to our future now that it is so close.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Appreciate your Due Diligence here and find your posts most informative. I agree with your estimate and also am optimistic about us beating come earnings. I had my opportunity to get out of this stock back when the light was lit but am and will be a long time holder here as a diversification to my portfolio. I like the management team at VLO and believe in this company going forward. IMO crack spreads are at their low and have very little downside remaining. I think that institutional buyers will make their way back even if it's a drip, drip, drip near term. The dividend pays to wait...

    Sentiment: Buy
