No just another 90 day cycle of $1 exit shares changing hands. It was a much slower approach this time than last but the end result is the same. One day it will rise 10% and the speculation will begin all over again.
Shorts need more shares to cover in the $1 range before June 30th. Look for a quick rally right before the 30th to make new money think the rights to Stendra are coming back as planned, but they won't. This will allow another short term high to short back down to $1 AGAIN. Stendra rights will not come back this year for some strange reason TBD. This will be the reason to allow the shorts to keep exiting quietly until the time is right to go long. There is a conspiracy theory that as long as Carl is making interest on his investment of debt, he will be quiet and content. Once the all clear sign is given, there will be rapid changes that you just won't be able to catch up to unless you are already invested.
Why not $19.75, why not $22.38. Explain your reasoning or is it just your lucky number!
Just a planned mistake to get people like you excited that some thing is going on. They gotcha! Won't hit $5.48 until 3rd quarter.
You may be on to something. Loom how quick it rose then retreated today at the open. $5 is a level the shorts don't want to see again anytime soon.
You guys are missing my point here. Everyone keeps saying that TROV will be bought out at some goofy range that's in their head. (Probably the value they need to get out of debt). If I were a "smart" acquiring company, why would I let this technology further define itself and become more widely known and pay a steep multiple for it when I could just start accumulating large bocks of shares now at the current prices? Where is the common sense in that?
Stupid move on the acquirer's part. Would you pay that kind of premium for a stock?? Answer me that and let it rest!
Why not buy it at current prices? Why pay 5-6X? I never understood that logic. Why buy something for such a large premium when the company is ripe to buy on the cheap?
Must be real then.
Then again, maybe not! Put the joint down man, everything will be alright soon.
Why is it that people like you need to make public statements about how many shares they claim to own? Do you feel obligated to share this with everyone? I never share what I buy because it's MY business. I may buy and sell the same stock several times a week/month or year and I do not reveal my hand. Why do you?
