for what it is worth, I,ll vote no for the RS. A rs means they take the loss the company made in the past and will most likely never recover. 95% of the companies which have done a rs never recovered the old sp. I remember Turner saying that he won,t do rs and raise money because it is the easy way to finance a company. It looks he has no other choise. I also don,t understand why they let the stock bleed to death. At least they could pump it up some with updates. I think it,s pathetic the way they run this company, one year or more without any positives.

Brazil will gain a new operator phone mobile by the end of the year: it is the Veek, a company that plans to focus on class C young audience The virtual operator, which only sell prepaid plans, bet simplified tariffs and cheaper than those of competitors.
According to the Mobile Time , the idea is that there is a flat rate per minute of connection, whether the call is for fixed or mobile, local or long distance. Consumption can be followed through the Veek apps for Android and iOS. Prices will be in 80% of cases, lower than the other operators, according to the creator of Veek, Alberto Blanco, who was the first director of marketing Oi.Ao Tecnoblog , the company adds that will have "a single tariff for voice, data and SMS, where you actually pay for what you use, no gotchas, no packages that are not used in the model known as the 'pay as you go', which is charged only what is used. " According to Veek, a beta will be released in the coming months for a limited amount of users.

As a virtual operator, Veek not have their own infrastructure antennas. She signed a contract with Surf Telecom, which in turn rents the TIM network, ie, the coverage should be the same as the Post Office mobile operator. Tariffs should be cheaper because Veek will have a lower cost than the major carriers.
And as the operator plans new customers? The company will disseminators (the "veekers") that earn $ 5 per user to invite to join the carrier. They will also receive 2.5% of the recharge their direct guests, 1% of the recharge of the guests of guests and 1% in the next level. You can also buy SIM cards packages that can be resold. The money received will be loaded on a MasterCard debit card.
It's a risky strategy because if it is not well thought out, this "multilevel marketing" can become a Ponzi scheme if the main source of income of the company are indications and not the products. The Veek expects to generate average revenue of R $ 40 per user, well above the major carriers such as Vivo (R $ 27), TIM and Hi (R $ 17) and Claro (R $ 14).

You are not alone. For months small investors have been selling and taken their loss. Plenty have bailed out, as should all of us when this was still trading at 40 or 50 cents. It will be a miracle if this will ever see a dollar without a RS. Hal himself said a 3 to 5 year process, imagine, we have to wait 5 years to have this back at 50 cents! And still have a 60% loss. The way this goes, imo, is a 1-25 RS, or maybe even a 1-50 if this tumbles further, and then they'll raise money, dilluting the stock 50 or 100%. We as longterm shareholders are almost wiped out, but the company survives and everyone aplauds, except us. Never again will this stock see 1$ pre split. Look at Citybank, For years it is trading at 40-50$ (pre split 4-5) and it is making money. It will never go back again what it traded before 2008.
Maybe ET will survive, but we surely will lose, the question is, how much more? There's only 15 cents left!!

At least one year to wait for revenues on this one, that is if ET is still in business

Brasilia, 05/30/2016 - The Post Office and the EUTV SA signed on Monday (30), in Brasilia, the representation agreement which will allow the state to act as mobile operator through a virtual network (MVNO) in Accredited model, as regulated by Anatel in its resolution No. 550/2010.

The new partner of the Post Office, created in Brazil in 2007, has several initiatives in the domestic mobile market. It also has experience in Angola as the second mobile operator to work in that country, with solutions that meet the Postal goal: develop plans for simple services, easy to understand and use.

The president of the Post Office, Heli Siqueira de Azevedo, said that the company aims to provide its own services and offers plans, according to the public profile. "Our customers are users of our service network of nearly 12,000 outlets throughout the country. It is this audience that we intend to meet with this new service. Adding the reach and brand strength Post with the expertise and willingness of EUTV to provide innovative services and strong appeal to the low-income public, this partnership brings together all the elements to be a great success. "

With the MVNO, value-added services to facilitate the daily lives of postal customers in different business segments will be developed, including postal, financial, orders and integrated logistics, which further simplifies implementation and monitoring of services used.

The commercial launch of the service is scheduled for the first quarter 2017.

It looks they do now, so load up.
Never had a worse performing stock like this one. One way street, down. Why doesn't management do something about this if they are so optimistic? No one spent one dollar to buy some stock. Does this mean they think it will go to 10 cents, or 5, or 0? They do get their quarterly amounts though, every quarter another 500.000 dillution. What a loss this is.

    Lowi promo deals better help...April 25, 2016

To give you a number: Simyo is the largest low cost operator in Spain and have 600.000 clients.
The rest of the low costs are doing 150.000-300.000 at the most. (they don't give out numbers)
They need plenty of mvno's to create some serious revenue and so far we heard nothing for over one year.
They better not lose Vodafone, if that happens, we're toast. Allthough at 18 cents is looks like we're toast anyway.

And he might be right with his prediction of 15cents too.
It's pretty clear someone is dumping, little by little, but steady.
No new contracts since Lowi and nothing new from VS.
    Very depressing
