I see today Nokia talking about 2017 deployments, same target for Huawei. I wonder how you can develop equipment and software before the standards are developed (2018-2019)?
New Collaborative Patent Licensing Agreement
Microsoft's President of MSFT Technology Licensing said, "This licensing agreement with GoPro shows the incredible breadth of technology sharing available through patent transactions."
Thank you for your points. I have again a small short position since late Friday and there would be some concern. I still think it's meandering down to the high 4's at least, hoping to make one more winning trade.
That's the thing with these short trades. They're always knuckle bighters, and I'm getting too old. While it's true that the doctor told me that raising my heartbeat for 20-30 minutes each day is a good thing, not this way!
Can you help me please -- what does the "7% buy last week" mean --
Umm, you been saying that for about five years that I have seen, and the stock was at 25 back then..
Josh was wrong again -- He was wrong about almost everything previously:
- Close Timing and Approvals
- Realization of synergies
- French Acceptance/Cooperation
- Impact of Software
- China Business and Impact of China slowdown
- Licensing revenues (alleged here, to be confirmed)
Did I leave anything out?
Josh, your position a ways back was to fade any good news from the arbitration. Is this still your position --
I guess it will be after hours or the weekend. High noon.
Maybe to mid-high 4's before stabilizes?
A lot of renewed interest, taken down too far today again because of Fed. Was at 3 bucks pre-announcement when world was ending. Seems low fives is overdone and I just went long again with a partial position. Feel like I'm riding a bouncing ball, but I'll take it. Will get blown out on one of these trades sooner or later, but working for the time being and I always keep a close eye to stop out on ENOC before I lose too much. Besides, have a lot of the house's money to play with from past few days. A lot of interest lately, major players now, won't let this get driven down too far.....
I appreciate the dialogue and your points. Short term we are where I said we would be. Next time, I'll hold on longer and stay truer to my convictions, is my only regret. Got a nice pop on the way up (from 2.99) and on the way down from mid six's. Long live Enoc's volatility. It's been beddy beddy good to me - many years now. Adios for now.
I did read the article -- but even with the skids greased, ENOC faces mega headwinds that have dropped the price of the stock to where it is (although way too beaten down last week with everything else). I have always liked the Company and its management and have been a long term supporter. I still am But I need to see some reasonable earnings estimate and multiple that justifies anywhere near this PPS - When the squeeze is over, my bet is this is the view that will prevail -- later today/tomorrow. At least to some degree. That's always the pattern -- may years now at exactly these times. We'll see. Good luck to you and all.
It was built in. Had the decision gone the other way the company would have been finished. The Company has not yet shown that it can significantly grow earnings. If this changes that in any way that can be quantified, or close, please someone --
used up the multiple vowels on the a's. It's a squeeze we are seeing on huge volume. It will exhaust and collapse. The issue is where - Any feeling for the impact of this ruling on earnings -- anyone --
I'm short now in the mid 6's for the same reason I was long last week at 2.99. Enoc goes waaaay to far, it's an opportunity each time. Of course I will keep a close eye to ensure that the squeeze has ended.
It's not if, just when. This seems overblown - way overblown -- because the decline was driven by much more than the uncertainty over the ruling.
I couldn't resist. I bought some just now at 2.99 only because it's been years, I've seen this show before when the world is ending - ENOC gets slaughtered and then comes back like lightning (true, at a much lower pps these days). And if it doesn't, There isn't a lot left to lose anymore!
I'm in for a quick trade, the bounce. Unless the company is going out of business, it's coming.
Regards to any old timers who may be lurking.
