So you have lost 99.9% percent of your investment and are upbeat? Wow. To be clear, I am not a troll. I got in about a year ago and have lost 90% of my money. As soon as the offering is closed, they will R/S again to meet Nasdaq. Then I can watch it go from $2 a share back down again.
They are selling more shares and assume inside buying to not cause further collapse in share price. Can't imagine any institutions are buying all these shares when the float is about balloon yet again. I assume they will get all these shares out there, pay down the loan, then yet again, another reverse split. I have lived through it enough to see the cycle. When you lose 80%, you just have to leave it and hope for a buyout someday. Sucks
Agreed. My real concern as a long term guy with this that has seen it fall 98% is that they filed to sell more shares yesterday. I have see spikes/patterns like this that "feel" different. They put out good PR and do insider buying. Price goes up 50-75% and then they announce the offering. I could see this spiking to .65-.70, then they sell 2 million more shares at .50 to raise another million.
I assume you say that because he has bought and you think he will continue to buy and either be rewarded by selling the company or taking it private to ultimately sell it. We will see...
Can only dream for Sol to decide to take the company private. Gut says he would dilute again before doing that to get as much out of the capital markets as he can. Maybe a 1 for 4 reverse split again to get the price to a buck, Then do an offering for a few million shares at .75. Have the price fall to .50...then buy some more to dilute again. Its a joke and I fell for it.
Controlled internal share exchange- Maybe Sol/Issac buying up shares on the open market as Alan and others dump? Very little overall variation on share price considering the substantial volume the last 3 biz days. Guess the filings soon will tell us something. Have a hard time thinking institutions are rushing to buy and if they are, wouldn't insiders see this volume and hold? Again, just an opinion. So quiet here, probably talking to myself.
I think its the opposite - insiders may be done selling. Volume is still so low that we are getting a little move up because the selling has dried up. I picked up a few thousand more and the price went up .03, which is fairly dramatic considering how stuck we have been in the low .40's.
