QE: Interesting. Wouldn't you expect a lawsuit regardless if BK is imminent or not? It's wouldn't make sense if they didn't file one. Still the question for me then is why VSLR didnt wait for the deadline to pass, and then file lawsuit based on breach of agreement. Did it early only to secure a higher standing in case of BK doesn't seem significant of a reason or incentive..
Thanks for the post QE. Can you give your thoughts on why VSLR didn't wait for the March 18 deadline? What did they gain from making the announcement rather than wait for the deadline ? Perhaps some internal financial disclosure issues as well, which they didn't want made public ? Were they pressed by SUNE for more information or disclosure, which VSLR cant or wont provide? Thoughts?
