Considering the way DB has managed to create so much debt on their balance sheet that destroyed their credit rating, why would anyone think their analysis of a stock to be worthwhile.
Any humor is always welcome.....for entertainment go to the AGN board and read yellowfintuna's rants. GILD remains undervalued price wise in my universe...but mine is a very minuscule one.
it might be a ghost town, then we may be able to find others to engage in meaningful dialogue!! You may be right on it already priced in jimmy...
My interpretation was that it would be accretive to sales almost immediately.
You own no shares of this stock...nor are you short. You know it , I know it.
Your incessant, demented, opinionated ramblings begs the question of your sanity.
I could spend lots of time explaining things to you but I am afraid it would be wasted. Lets briefly deal with the last one in 2009. Pres Clinton, being a good democrat, allowed lenders to lower their standards on home lending mortgages, which by itself was fine.
But then, people who know little about finance & failed to educate themselves about potential pitfalls, decided they could buy homes beyond what they could afford, and knew it. They did it because of GREED, thinking that the housing bubble would continue and the price they paid for a home would keep increasing forever,so then they could refinance.. The lenders played along in this game making it easy to buy homes.
Then those very same people who couldnt afford to pay for those homes that they knew they couldnt afford, defaulted, yet someone had lent them the money. Many educated people, who bought at the high end of the real estate market got hurt also, but most could afford the payments.
The lender,s being genius level financiers, took the delinquent mortgages and hid them in large bloc's of paper: they resold to others. When Lehman Bros was allowed to default into bankruptcy the gig was over...for a while...and now it starts all over again as Wells Fargo is offering 3% down for a home mortgage.
