Even I had three separate buy orders in yesterday that unfortunately did not get filled thinking that Scripps would jump to at least the 500 range but seeing a 10% drop in TRX that chart's broken right shoulder is going take a little more time to heal than even I thought. Jmho

For JP Morgan and any investor with a modicum of intelligence it's all about money, none of which Afrezza has generated yet.
Yes, you are correct. I called Victoza a huge commercial success because that is what you call a drug that has generated revenues in excess of $2 billion in both 2014 and 2015. That is the definition of a blockbuster drug. You on the other hand have reference Afrezza as a blockbuster drug with revenues in the $10 million range for 2015 which either makes you a confused individual or an idiot. Which is it?
If you kept an open mind and read what fraggie was posting you would have saved a ton of money. That is not my opinion, that is a fact.
Cancer is bad my post doesn't argue that, I'll say it again, the fact that Victoza probably causes cancer is true. It is also true (or is at least as realistic as any of your imaginative partnerships, buyouts, weekly doubling of script counts, and now a SNY settlement, etc ) that we may find out one day that Afrezza causes some unforeseen terminal Illness as do most "Miracle Drugs" given enough time. All that aside, publicly traded companies are sometimes overvalued, as mnkd has been, on the expectation of accelerating earnings resulting from the domination of the market they serve. There was a time when many investors, myself included, believed Afrezza was potentially capable of capturing and dominatinpg the mealtime insulin market. Nearing two years on the market we are seeing dwindling sales, increasing expenses and growing debt. until sales show a continual uptrend not only is this not undervalued it is likely to go lower and possibly BK. If things change so will my opinion and position and fast but for today my opinion stands.
Since you are asking why, I will explain. Even though the interest rate isn 100% we can use that number. If you went short for the past 4 weeks your interest rate would be 100% divided by 12 for a 4 week loan costing, 8.3 %, the stock lost 32% leaving a profit of 23.7 percent for 4 week long position. There's your answer.
That was the whole idea........ Some people are easily taken. You want to see what insider buying look's like, look at a company like OPK. That's what insider buying looks like.
Redhaw actually posted last night something to the effect that shorts can't sleep because of their interest payments. Talk about denial.......
This is all I could find regarding money owed to Mnkd and money owed by Mnkd:
MannKind owes to Sanofi $62 million for its share of the failed Afrezza joint venture.
In the beginning of May MannKind Carried $220 million of debt on its books, including the money owed to Sanofi. Tranches of the debt must be repaid this year, extending out to 2024.
On top of this debt, MannKind is contractually obligated to buy $118 million in insulin from Amphastar International, including $38 million this year.
I know you want readers to find it themselves but to keep your fellow bagholders in the game you might not want them looking for themselves because what I posted above is what they will find when searching for the topic line of your thread.
Huh??? That's your go to move, change the subject? I thought we were talking about the fact that the $1 call options for 2018 are in no way an indication that the stock is going higher. I think even your peabrain compadre know's that.
That's a lot of shares people are willing to give up as late as January 2018 for a $1. As a long you should be very concerned unless your cost basis is below a dollar.
If I was short and interest was a concern I would cover and enjoy my profit. Since this is at an all time low I'm guessing you can't sell and enjoy profit, can you?
They hid that good news so I can't find it but while I was looking I found this.
