If I remember correctly the building was purchased by GURE from the majority shareowner. If they only occupy the 11 level, what is being done with the rest of the building? Are they leasing it out? If so, does anyone know (Alan) if that is showing up as income?
Pictures will be on my agenda, as allowed of course.
I will pose your shareholder opinion on distributions. We all know how creative they can be in avoiding that, but you raise some good points.
I believe it was sevendaysisall, that put together a list of questions for the board some time ago. Hopefully, he will have some imput soon.
Good Points SD. The person that will be accompanying me, works for me as my agent. She is only loyal to me and they will have no shot at trying to influence her. What I find intriguing, is that there will not be anything lost in translation. She is very fluent in English and use to working with factory management. She does on site product inspections for us (before it ships) as well. I have known her for four years and she has worked as my exclusive agent for the last year.
I do not have a clue what to look for in the production side of things, so these questions and points of information will help me to make a list of questions with which to seek answers.
I have been out of GURE for about a year now. Thinking about getting back in, but not before confirming this company is legit for myself. Some of you will remember me. I will be in Qingdao, China on business in May. While there, I will visit a factory that we do business with, in Weifang. Weifang is very close to the Gure main office. I will have my Chinese speaking agent with me and I am thinking this would be a good opportunity to visit the Gure offices. For those that have been with this stock far longer than me, I pose this question. What can I do/ask for you, that would garner the most benefit? As an investor I would think they would give me the opportunity to meet with them? I can have my agent call them to make the appointment.
Let me hear from you.
Short volume is down to 426k. That is as low as it has been in years. I guess we can't depend on the short cover,to get this thing moving upward. We may be drifting for a while.
You Know, recently there were only about 400K shares short. So you got a couple of hundred shares short ...BFD!
Yes, this slide looks familiar. Only question is whether it will stop in the $1.70's or continue to the $1.50's
If you move forward, you may want to solicite a couple of the larger share holders to give you more credibility.
You guys keep talking about management, but they are but puppets to Ming's wishes. Figure out where Ming is going and you will know the direction of this company. I have saddle this horse because of Ming.
I have been watching this stock for a while and decided yesterday, that this is a decent place to park some money for a while. Divi makes this decision easier.
I am long.
