If I remember correctly the building was purchased by GURE from the majority shareowner. If they only occupy the 11 level, what is being done with the rest of the building? Are they leasing it out? If so, does anyone know (Alan) if that is showing up as income?
Good Points SD. The person that will be accompanying me, works for me as my agent. She is only loyal to me and they will have no shot at trying to influence her. What I find intriguing, is that there will not be anything lost in translation. She is very fluent in English and use to working with factory management. She does on site product inspections for us (before it ships) as well. I have known her for four years and she has worked as my exclusive agent for the last year.
I do not have a clue what to look for in the production side of things, so these questions and points of information will help me to make a list of questions with which to seek answers.
I have been out of GURE for about a year now. Thinking about getting back in, but not before confirming this company is legit for myself. Some of you will remember me. I will be in Qingdao, China on business in May. While there, I will visit a factory that we do business with, in Weifang. Weifang is very close to the Gure main office. I will have my Chinese speaking agent with me and I am thinking this would be a good opportunity to visit the Gure offices. For those that have been with this stock far longer than me, I pose this question. What can I do/ask for you, that would garner the most benefit? As an investor I would think they would give me the opportunity to meet with them? I can have my agent call them to make the appointment.
