After this promotion ends, I don't think they will let it drop back that much before they start another promotion.
It's in the 21st day of the latest promotion. http://www.theotc.today/p/daily-trades-report.html?CETX
The company had $12M in revenue on the last 10-K that Joseph Cross was in charge. Eight years later under Jankowski it only managed $10M. He's done a good job of controlling expenses, but I don't see anything else that he's accomplished. Because of the recession, I gave the company four years before I started expecting anything. In 2012, I thought Jankowski would show something (anything) in 2014. Well, two more years have passed, and the company is still treading water. How long does he get?
timrio made the claim I'm shorting Cemtrex without any facts whatsoever. You make the same unsubstantiated claim. Of the three of us, I'm the only one who has made statements that can be verified. That's a fact!
It's a real fact Centrex uses sleazy promoters. Prove otherwise. It's a real fact Cemtrex's accounting firm helps bring public questionable companies. Prove otherwise.
What's my point? Try to read AND comprehend. For instance, I never said there was a shell game going on at Cemtrex. Read AND comprehend. I'm not going to spoon feed you.
Asset Solutions headquartered in Poland and Gvura Corp headquartered in Bulgaria. You can read about them on Nasdaq.com. It's really comical. Typically, scam companies which need to hide their pasts reverse merge into shells such as these.
Why are you not skeptical? Why are you more interested in the messenger than the message? Are you not the least bit interested that Cemtrex's accounting firm has helped bring public two very questionable companies? Does it not bother you that Cemtrex employs shady promoters?
Exactly my point. Cemtrex made no mention of confidentiality clauses, and I can think of no good reason for one. The company wasn't shy about throwing out the $12M number, but there was scant information past that. With an accounting firm that's brought forward a couple of very questionable shells, shareholders should worry that the company issues a lot of unverifiable information.
Why is it that Cemtrex never names the companies that place these orders? I can think of no good reason Govil should keep that information from shareholders. Most companies do so as standard procedure.
The "revolutionary" MagneGas technology has never been proven, and reputable scientists say it's complete hogwash. The company sells syngas. Welding shops all across the country sell syngas. Nothing special about that.
The suckers gobbled up over two million shares today all the while crowing about how happy they are that the volume is up. These penny stock scams aren't even sophisticated. It's the same garbage over and over, and the dupes just keep on opening their wallets.
