Well prep. If you've been here for 10 years like many of us we have been in for the long haul and deserve a return on our investment. It's been disappointment after another while diluting shareholders and mgmt loading up on shares. Fiduciary duty should be in play now and either sell the company or communicate with shareholders.
Insm would be wise to let a buyout happen now. Obviously they can't ever get anything right as they continue to buy shares they could profit and move on. Let big pharma finally get iPlex and arikayce to the market and people would could benefit from these drugs
so when is the next time lewis has a call with investors? One would think after the ema debacle in june he would at least have a conference call and explain things....especially with lawsuits flying around - although they don't amount to anything it does not look good on a ceo's resume. What do people really think is going on at insm? shopping the company? partner? or another kick in the #$%$ for the past decade continues?
