I just checked and the 210 mg tab is now covered in the Blue Cross / Blue Shield New England formulary too! Psyched!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Well, I'm out after about holding SIGA for about 4 years when my stop loss order at $2.20 triggered at the open yesterday. I'll watch for another reentry point down the road. I lost a few thousand here but am happy I recovered as much as I did recently that allowed me to raise my stop loss price from $1.00 where it had sat since August last year.
You're not the first to claim this the past couple of days but no one will explain why. I'm still concerned about the increase in Authorized Shares ~6 fold to 3 billion that just occurred. Do you have good news to balance this? I can't find it...
Maybe it wasn't what you said but how you said it... Post your concerns again here and we'll see if you were badly treated or got what you really hoped for.
I hold both because both will get licenses. Fully loaded on FITX but would like more SPRWF before they're announced.
I think the license has been issued too - at least the license that allows them to grow their first crop for testing and final approval to sell - and this was what Bill was referring to when he asked the town to come clean on what they really know about the chances of their request for HC to delay the license really is. Can't delay the issuance of a license already in hand.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Issued yesterday - this is the first commercial hydrokinetic license issued by FERC in the US.
I'm not a lawyer but doesn't the concept of "final judgement" refer to the date the appeals are exhausted and the order is either affirmed or overturned? I don't think the judgement interest clock is running against SIGA yet.
Don't we also have a strong possibility of other corporations filing amicus briefs in support of SIGA's SC appeal simply because this is a bad decision that could well impact other firms if it stands? I don't remember hearing about any similar filings in the Chancery Court but it seems to me like the Delaware Supreme Court is a very different venue and more appropriate for this type of wider review of the decision's long term implications. I really can't see any corporation other than PIP hoping this decision isn't overturned.
Wrong again Ryan. He didn't get 5 stars for announcing his "kamikaze mission" - he got 5 stars for explaining his reasoning.
I agree with him. My problem is I'm averaged in at $11.08/share but only with a small percentage of my funds. I'm not worried and am in long term.

You post here to pick fights one day, they shamelessly suck up the next. You used to be a thoughtful poster but are posting just to poke sticks at strangers lately. Pathetic.
I never thought I'd put you on ignore but you ARE a punk and I have no choice. Later!
Ryan, let's see if I have this right...
You think PIP has it in the bag regarding the lawsuit and have your SIGA/PIP money invested there.
Yet you really only post on the SIGA board lately.
I think it's time to reboot.
LOL! That's nothing!
Poorfarm, your pumping heros here are MUCH worse...
DC has 1020 posts back to Jan 16 with a total of 5,126 and Zapzoot has 1020 back to Jan 28 with a total o 4,134.
I'm guessing 1020 posts is all Yahoo archives since all their precious wisdom before that time is apparently "lost".
Anyone who doesn't have these two cut and paste bozos on ignore is a glutten for punishment.
On the plus side just think what the stock price might be without their non-stop, repetitive, machine-like pumping!
This used to be an interesting board with some excellent dialog on the pros and cons of ABTG and smart grid in general, but it's a wasteland now.
I doubled my holdings today at $1.79 and am very happy. I'll buy more if it goes lower.
