'this will be 30+ months before the companies see a penny from this. This will mean offering after offering.'
The company has about $30m cash which is good until 2019 at current burn rate.
No idea but if it eventually settles above 2.54 (116 WMA) it will have a better chance of holding its gains in the near future. Remember also this is just a development contract not a production one but at least finally after many years of nagging by its shareholders ASTC is finally dipping its feet in the ETD space. Smiths usually sell well in Europe too.
Smiths did not have any MMS technology so they were forced to find a partner or develop it themselves. Smiths is a very respected TSA/DHS supplier with a very sound financial footing. Morpho have fallen out of favor with their current kit and business antics and IMSC is the new TSA darling but there is all to play for in the long run as these ETD orders are always in the tens of millions a go and technology always moves on. As for the price action it does not take much to get ASTC going with the small float and any good speculative news.
IMSC are picking up the current replacement orders for Smiths/Morpho kit but even the stuff they are supplying now will need replacing with higher resolution/detection MS kit. IMSC do have an MS unit in development too but competitive battle is now truly joined in the ETD space, IMSC and ASTC finally compete after the many years of phony (board) wars ;-).
If ASTC/Batelle pick up the NGCD MSID award in a year or so's time then this company will have something to produce in volume otherwise where's the serious revenue going to come in from to support the bloated salaries and expenses ? ASO supported all this before but now these guys are on their own and so far they have produced no meaningful revenue in over 10 years from this IP.
It's probably better if you speak with a psychiatrist with your mental bi-polar problems. Canada is now no different to New York for NYMX, both are now foreign exchanges and only the annual report is needed and it will be provided for all foreign exchanges at the same time as Robinson does like to buy ;-). See a doctor too.
All nymx have to file now is an annual 10-k as it is now a foreign company on all exchanges. The rest is just stupid fear mongering from our resident Canadian moron whose IQ must be under 50 with the kind of garbage it has spewed for months.
ASO was the premier commercial spaceport leader over decades, it was extremely unlikely that anything 'wrong' was going to be found. Based on the projected many years forward earnings released in the sale prospectus, which the pig-ignorant CEO never bothered to inform/enlighten shareholders beforehand, it was probably sold about $20m too cheap too i.e. it should have been a $80m sale. Unless he can consistently replicate the ASO revenue and GMs with his perennial attempts to diversify into new markets it will be seen as a long term mistake to sell it. He's got 3-4 years to do it before the current cash runs out and share dilution starts happening.
