Guess she was short the IBB and needed a few more dollars for the campaign. I am in awe of person that can turn $1,000 into $100,000 in a short time.
Like your analysis especially the last thought. Give some of these institutions the chance to buy shares at a $4ish price because they bought at $24 during the last two offerings.
That would be down right wrong! I asked IR about the June/July share sales to Cowen and I am still waiting for an answer.
Clearly math is not your strong point(or reading comprehension). It's down .26 cents the last TWO trading days on almost 15M in volume. Huge volume especially for no news and a sleepy Monday in August.
Really. #$%$, senseless. I am sent the question over to IR.
Whip, any idea what is the cause of this? Not finding the right patients??
Two conflicting thoughts:
1. Think Marucci knows that going alone is probably not the best long term solution. At some point they will sell the firm. But....
2. I see all the joint ventures/collaborations that have happened in the last 12/18 months in the Immuno space and I am amazed that none have included CLDX. If their drugs were so good, they would have had a meaningful partnership by now by a large pharma firm(see Amgen with ADXS).
Sorry to interrupt the political circle jerk that is going on the this message board but Merck's announcement this morning on Keytruda's results in first line small cell lung cancer are terrific. Really impressive. Makes you wonder if you should just buy BMY and Merck and forget the rest of the Immuno crowd plays.....
Trying to not be a D@@# but how does this help CLDX now? Rindo is dead unless CLDX figures what went wrong on the control arm. Love your finds Long but this this stuff is useless at this point.
