down to .50 or .40? My current average pps is $0.666
I don't like having my average at such an evil number so I might buy a little more on Tuesday just to change it!
I have been watching this stock for about 2 years, but have not visited this board until having bought this morning. All the bashing and negativity is making me feel like I made the right decision to get in, GLTA!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Queenedxxx, you are only partially right, but I already mentioned that part before you posted it, so your intention was merely to bash me. The whole delisting combined with massive shorting was Insider orchestrated, imo. By "Insider" I don't mean it has to be execs or BODs but I by no means rule them out.
Now, just because they're off the Russell, doesn't mean EF tanks to new 52 week lows. I agree with you if I read between the lines correctly of what you said that what happens after the Friday rebalance is unrelated to the Russell.
Shorts covering. I suspect a good drop in short shares within the next 2 short reporting cycles, imo. Somebody-Insider knew the company would let the stock delist from the Russell and the last day (today) is the rebalance of shares in the last 30 minutes. It's all illegal, but the gov't doesn't have the resources to do anything at all about it.
Any Convertible Debentures experts care to weigh in an opinion on what this means for common shares? I don't have a clue myself...
a couple hours ago. However, it is not a goal any longer I believe, because isn't it now a reality?
"Then there's Energy Fuels Inc. This company is a pure play on the uranium space, with a goal of becoming a leading uranium supplier in North America. The only problem is that this company, created through the merger of two smaller players, is still kind of tiny, with a market cap of just $120 million or so."
It wasn't Chinese or KM, imo. It was combo of the big conference last week, DOE news, spot moved up, and Sweden saying the were staying big on nuclear energy, but let's not chase our tails!
I think the debate was mostly related to why it dropped from $5 to $2 this past year. It is obvious not to worry about the week to week or month to month with these U stocks having over 50% volatility and especially UUUU, UEC, and URRE having over 70%. Forget about it Dave...
"if" DOE limits their spot sales, and Japan can get to 5 or more plants online, things shouldn't take so long, but otherwise I think you are right. UUUU shorts increased another 200K shares on the 5/31 update, what do you make of that?
You gotta love the Market!
"our revenues generated from U3O8 sales have been inconsistent and we have yet to achieve profitability. We have a history of operating losses resulting in an accumulated deficit balance since inception. During the nine months ended April 30, 2016, no revenue from U3O8 sales was realized and our net loss totaled $13,552,594, resulting in an accumulated deficit balance of $205,576,668 at April 30, 2016. During the nine months ended April 30, 2016 and 2015, net cash flows decreased by $5,603 and $7,416,445, respectively. Furthermore, we do not expect to achieve and maintain profitability or develop positive cash flow from our operations in the near term."
I respectfully disagree. We didn't drop 60% from $5 to $2 because the Global index dropped a little. We dropped due to an arbitrage scenario which is probably illegal but nobody will ever do anything about it even if it is.
Some in-the-know folks shorted lots of shares during the heavy volume days leading up to getting listed on Global last year. Then the shorting continued while URA sold millions of EF shares for some reason and the spot simultaneously continued dropping.
Definitely nice comeback!
UEC got clobbered and closed below $1 which is where they belong, imo. They were ticking me off flirting with staying listed on the Russell Global.
