So when is HOBBS going to DILUTE this some more?

    by lilpimpinmf Mar 28, 2013 10:49 PM
miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 28, 2013 10:54 PM Flag

He won't dilute now until at least after the May 2 vote. If you believe the panel will have a favorable recommendation, you should buy all you can. Your only concern should be 5/2 and not on dilution.

    My shares

So explain this to me: You have 12,195 shares which means you either had over 10 million shares pre-split (at 1:850 reverse) OR you bought 12,078 shares post-split because your 100K shares that you're so happy about only got converted to 117 total shares.

PS: Those 100,000 shares that you paid $1,000 for are now worth $1,158 after today's run up. Congratulations.

    ODAC meeting

    by miachasetracy Mar 19, 2013 12:14 PM
miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 19, 2013 9:02 PM Flag

I understand it's a public process. I meant do they release the the recommendations on 5/2 or does the process just start on 5/2 and take days to complete? I can't imagine an ODAC would get the information on 5/2 and be able to make a recommendation on 5/2.

  • miachasetracy by miachasetracy Mar 19, 2013 12:14 PM Flag

If the meeting is 5/2, how long does it usually take for the panel to make their recommendations public?

  • miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 18, 2013 9:47 PM Flag

Hopefully this will be a mute point but in my opinion WMGI would never pursue this in the US if the FDA rejects it, despite what they said PRE-merger. There would be very little incentive to do so. Aside from WMGI having to foot the enormous bill for the new study, even if they are successful they would have to pay out approx $100million in cash to the CVR holders (i.e. there were approx 28 million shares of BMTI that would be entiltled to $3.50/share). If a new study costs, say $25million - which is lowball - now WMGI is out $125million with zero in sales. Next, if they sell $40million worth of augment, they then have to pay out another $42million in CVRs. It would be a financial burden for years to come.

  • miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 17, 2013 10:26 PM Flag

2 things. First, I think there's at least a 75% chance of approval which will trigger the $3.50/CVR cash payout. That being said, if it isn't approved, you (and my) CVRs will be worthless. There will be no "next time" so you lose the $3.50 payout and both contingencies since no approval = no sales. Pretty much all or nothing on the CVRs.

"Flies" is actually more appropriate for you considering all the bullsh|t you spew.

They're going to lose 15 or 16 cents a share which isn't horrible but Hobbs is a master at getting you to "lookie over here at these numbers and potential" instead of THOSE numbers. I guarantee the CC will have little to do with the past Q and concentrate heavily on "potential" for US, EU, Germany, and maybe he'll even bring up China as a player. I may not always agree with his decisions but he's a great cheerleader.

    Question regarding MSLP

    by mofisher22 Mar 13, 2013 11:26 AM
miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 13, 2013 3:04 PM Flag

Yahoo is outdated and some of their numbers are even pre-split. There are currently 2.7mill shares outstanding after the 1:850 split. However, the 8-K the investors received announcing the split said that number (post-split) was approved to be increased to 100M shares. Ginormous dilution.

Just make sure they are sold in increments of 100s. Otherwise we'll have another tantrum.

    which SOB bought 179 shares?

    by typecheck Mar 11, 2013 7:11 PM
miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 12, 2013 8:45 AM Flag

Either you're lying or a bigger idiot than I thought. If you're selling a "few thousand shares", that 179 shares is part of a larger order and the 21 would simply go off with the remaining shares so who cares if it's even numbers? It's not like you'll be left with 21 shares and be forced to wait until a single order for exactly 21 shares comes in. This must be your first rodeo as they say.

The part that's amazing is that you come here whining like a 6 yr old about something that is a non-issue and nobody here could give 2 #$%$ about. What did you expect? "Hi, it was me that bought 179 shares....sorry for the inconvenience." ???

I think a better question is "what kind of cheaparse comes here to b|tch about a $425 order not being filled"?

Shorts Coming Out of the Woodwork

    by drwimax Mar 11, 2013 10:53 PM
miachasetracy miachasetracy Mar 12, 2013 12:41 AM Flag

I was in CLSN but got wiped out by a bear raid right before the results (stop order). Turns out it was a huge blessing. Anyway, CLSN had a deal with big pharm in China pre-announcement. When the results failed, the Chinese company announced it was severing ties with CLSN so China is wide open. I always said the DCTH fast-track was a bad idea and they shouldn't have even asked for it. Historically, fast-tracked bios fail 3X more than standard review.

The shorts are going to get killed at least until May 2 ODAC panel vote because there's very little possibility of any news coming out before then. Just a quiet run up. I would guess a month from now, the stock will be $3 and the shorts will be in full panic mode.

An analyst on CNBC mentioned after the CLSN failure that DCTH might be ripe for a US big pharm contingency deal (ala WMGI and BMTI's deal) to try to get "1st dibbs" on DCTH before US approval. For example, you issue new stock and CVRs(contingent value rights) for your DCTH shares. Shareholders of BMTI got an equal number of CVRs in WMGI whereby upon FDA approval, you get $3.50/share in cash. Then, once sales reach X, you get another $1.50/share cash, and again when you hit another X in sales it pays $1.50 more. So those shareholders got close to equal money for their existing stock but have a potential $6.50/share cash payout coming. Pays the shareholders a ton but also protects the purchasing company in case of a miss.

If you're worried about approval or even the May 2 meeting, you should still hold until then. It'll run at least until the meeting, then run more through June 15 if the May 2 vote comes out in favor of approval. If you get out now, do yourself a big favor and never look at it again.

Upon approval, you wil immediately get another $7,000 cash from your WMGIZ shares ($3.50/share cash). Then you will have the opportunity to get 2 more cash payments of $1.50 each for 2 sales milestones. So your WMGIZ that are worth $5,500 could pay you $13,000 in cash. Also upon approval, your shares of WMGI will get a 20%ish bump.
