The buyout on Tuesday of CPXX rekindled the M&A fire in biotech...as if we didn't know! ;-)
Well, here's ONE example of my post last winter and it wasn't posted to the OSIR board. It was in passing to another poster on the CERS board. I'm sure I was lying to him, too! YOU, sir, are the fraud! Yahoo deletes and loses posts all the time. Sorry, I don't have the time to devote to finding the EXACT moment I disclosed I was out, but this one took me all of two minutes to find, so you couldn't have done too much DD "last Fall". Sorry you overlooked this!!

Same to you and yours! Unfortunately, my health has taken a little turn for the worse and I made the decision to give up the B&B dream. Just bought a new/old house on a lake near my grandkids and we close in a couple weeks. It will be a major renovation, which I really enjoy, so I'll stay out of trouble!
Happy New Year and you should consider looking into becoming a CERS shareholder! ;-)
I've been out of OSIR since October because of being so distracted with the move, etc. I didn't see that coming!!! Dodged a bullet and I hope you didn't get hurt there. TASR? Slowing growth hurting it? GLTY
Oh frozen, you are TOO kind! We all know it is all of you faithful bashers that exude wisdom and trading expertise! We can only HOPE it rubs off on us after spending so much time with you all! Oracles of knowledge ... we're humbled in your presence!
Seriously? Soooo juvenile, it's sad, really! Get a life!
Above average volume the past couple of days and nice close above $19. It's been awhile. Crickets from our resident shorts! Refreshing!!
Well, as I've explained numerous times, but we all know reading comprehension is not your strong suit, I am a woman, so no wife. Why open myself up to the likes of your taunting if I was exaggerating. Unlike you and your ilk, I have a life outside of the OSIR and MDXG boards. And, I diversify! Before I call someone a liar, I at least do a minutiae of checking facts. Unless I'm the BIGGEST dork and have been posting and pretending to own phantom shares of CPXX on the CPXX board, then you would be correct. Unfortunately, you are not and I bought my first shares of CPXX on their P3 results at around $6.75. As they say, the best revenge is living well and I'm a happy camper this week, despite the slight roll back of OSIR. You really need to expand your horizon and let go of some of that anger. It will eventually eat you up, and as I told your buddy volstate, karma is a #$%$!!
Well, archer, I don't know about "good" drama, and we could all do without it, I'm sure. But, NOTHING is wrong with the product(s) ... this, too, shall pass! And, when it does, we can kiss our D-list bashers good-bye!!
Awww...volstate, don't be a hater! Didn't say I had a huge position ... just enough to put a big smile on my face when I opened up my account after the long weekend! It could happen to you, too, but karma is a #$%$, so be careful!
So, a "criminal" investigation results in giving back essentially last weeks' gains on paltry volume? Oooh, scary! I'll take some of my CPXX gains and add a few this summer while we wait for updated #s. (For those naysayers ... go ahead and check the CPXX board postings over the past couple of months if you doubt that I owned it!!) Next up on the buyout list will be CEMP!! I can wait for OSIR to clear things up! Risk/reward is not on our friendly shorts' side if recent news couldn't take it down. You're wasting your collective MDXG breath!
And at the high of the day, it seems there were lots of sellers? Damned computers!!
How do 200K+ shares trade in the thin a/h market and not move the needle? Prearranged? All 200K traded were at 5.55 and 5.56. Interesting!
Amarin Announces FDA New Chemical Entity Market Exclusivity Determination for Vascepa(R) (icosapent ethyl) Capsules
Amarin Corp. Plc
BEDMINSTER, NJ and DUBLIN, IRELAND--(Marketwired - May 31, 2016) - Amarin Corporation plc (AMRN) announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined that Vascepa® (icosapent ethyl) capsules are eligible for five-year, new chemical entity (NCE), marketing exclusivity pursuant to the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. This determination provides Vascepa with the benefits of NCE exclusivity afforded by statute. NCE exclusivity for Vascepa runs from its date of FDA approval on July 26, 2012 and extends until July 26, 2017. The statutory 30-month stay triggered by patent litigation following generic application submissions permitted on July 26, 2016 would expire on January 26, 2020, seven-and-a-half years from FDA approval.
"Amarin's goal is to protect the commercial potential of Vascepa to 2030," stated John F. Thero, president and chief executive officer of Amarin. "NCE regulatory exclusivity complements multiple patents covering Vascepa with expiration dates in 2030."
Just holding and buying a few trading shares on the exaggerated dips! It's far from done!! Consolidating a bit!!
So...where did the MMs get those 100K plus shares being traded in the last 5 minutes with no effect on the pps? Sheesh! Can you say "quiet accumulation"?
Well, IF that is true, we all know they run it up before an offering! Still a good risk-reward at current levels, imo. AND ... always a possibility of a partnership!
Sure hope they don't get a takeover offer ... the last two up and coming antibiotic stocks I owned, did. And, they both went too cheap!!
"Somebody" keeps throwing 10K+ on the ask at $5.33 and then removes it when this retreats under $5.30. More "spoofing" by HFT! SEC is toothless!
are all, coincidentally, 3 months or less old. I wonder why they weren't screaming their prophetic prognostications from the roof tops when OSIR was in the $20's? They're no better than the ambulance chasing lawyers that follow biotech bad news around like a dog after a pork chop! Amazing that they all managed to find each other about the same period in time and also have such a collectively myopic view of OSIR and their technology, all the while having such an in depth knowledge of their corporate governance! I call B.S.
