Oh, my, you're one of "them."
My final two words:
Your "estimate" -- if there even was one -- was pulled out of your posterior, sonny.
Unless you have hundreds of "friends" doing daily spot-checks at cmg's all over the country, you're just another self-deluding, phony prophet howling into the ether.
But keep it up. It's always entertaining to listen to a egomaniacal puff boy.
$875 . . . a number that just popped into your head. Unless, of course, you hacked into the company's computers.
I always thank the Good Lord when i find brilliant people like you disseminating their spittle.
It's the second time I've bought & sold it. Last time was in 2014. i sold it for $27.515 for decent profit. Can't remember my buy point, but it was small profit. Would have to fish out old IRS return, and not that interested.
For the record, I sold this morning at $35.20 on the "Bird in the hand . . . " theory. Let someone else take the chance that something stupid won't happen.
Have to assume that 44.2M shares are just the ones on the market. The officers & board of directors probably have millions of shares that are tied up by "can't sell until . . . " future dates but will be bought at same time as regular shares.
Nothing can go down 300%.
If a stock is at $40 and it goes down 100%, it's at 0.
It's called first-grad math.
