favor of the shareholders and is a win/win for HIMR’s management and its investors –
long-term. This strategy will not only aggressively restructure the Company without a
reverse, but, will increase the upside potential to shareholders three-fold; transferring
control over future dilution and funding to HIMR shareholders.

This is the ambition of Hollund Industrial Marine: to become one of the greatest
companies to emerge from the pits of the Pinksheet Markets. Not solely for our
fundamental growth and production, but because of our view to achieve real long-term
growth and stability for our shareholders.

The fact is, things may not be as pretty as we would like to see them, but WE DO get
things done. What we look to achieve next for our shareholders, may or may not come
to fruition the way we envision it, but we’ve already proven that our intentions are real
    and our commitment is unwavering.

I, Peter Meier, would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our valued
shareholders in believing in this management and our Company moving forward.

de. In 2012, if you recall, we
gave so much time to reducing the issued and outstanding share count, only to have the
company’s float dramatically increased virtually overnight. There indeed was a feeling of suffocation by us all. Some of you even felt lied to. However, what could we do other
than bide our time, keep our nose to the grind and put this Company in a position where
it could react from a position of strength.

This first project gave us that strength. The majority shareholder of the Preferred C
shares agreed with that assessment of strength. As it revolves around a number of
circumstances in order to conclude this transaction [retirement of preferred c shares],
just fewer than 100% of those Preferred C shares will be retired by year end; with no
future recourse. This is real progress, as there will be no further dilution stemming from
    those shares.

We are currently working with our partners to compile an exciting exhibit of pictures
for your viewing pleasure. Our senior partner has agreed to assist us in this regard and
will look to have pictures taken over this weekend. We are incredibly excited about
releasing these photos to the world; especially those which will include our executive
team recovering some of the first logs in January.

In 2014, with proper funding, HIMR has the opportunity to develop additional projects
and purchase orders exceeding $50 million.

We will not expand in detail at this time, but we do want you to be mindful that we have
long said that we will not initiate an unwarranted reverse. Even when faced with having
to either reverse or increase the authorized, we went with the lesser of the two evils,
because of the commitment we made to our shareholders, and, because we knew we
    would ultimately be successful.

So where does that leave us now?

We have created a strategy that we strongly believe has every opportunity to wor

    December 18th, 2013

    Dear Valued Shareholders,

Over the past few months, we have made tremendous strides as a Company and we
intend to continue with this trend.

Moving forward, we seek to further strengthen Hollund Industrial Marine’s (HIMR)
position in the marketplace by achieving several goals in 2014. Some of these include:

    • Extinguishing the majority of preferred shares
    • Increasing HIMR’s equity position within Bayano Lake Wood Products
    • Working with our partners to begin timber recovery in January 2014
    • Securing additional purchase orders – to translate into more revenues
    • Increasing shareholder upside potential
    • Securing additional wood recovery and reclamation projects
    • Managing TigerLynk operations on Lake Bayano

Together, with your support, Hollund Industrial Marine has hit a major milestone in
securing our first underwater timber recovery project. This has set the stage for HIMR
to begin generating real revenues today; eventually increasing to levels of many
millions of dollars yearly – perhaps one day achieving a market cap in the hundreds of
millions of dollars. This is the future we are looking forward to.

The reasoning is simple. Our management team is tenacious, committed and persistent.
These are the very values we clung to when certain antagonists attempted to defame
our integrity and our supporters began to loose faith. Regardless of how long it took, we
    got the job done.

I say this to make it crystal clear; our shareholders should best understand that even in
our silence, we are working in the interest of the Company. Our Company includes our
shareholders. This is why our most recent announcement of eliminating the preferred
    shares is so profoundly important.

We all know that those particular shares are an eyesore for future funding possibilities.
It is certainly a hindrance on potential shareholder upsi

HIMR should announce new within the next few days/weeks that could have a huge impact on this little sub penny play. At .0002 no RS no further dilution, finally making bank in the underwater wood industry could be huge this is a 50 billion plus market. Have fun all IMHO

  • by mobiletechsolutions Feb 22, 2014 7:28 PM Flag

HIMR has said no RS, no further dilution and this week announced that they are finally working on making revenue off of what has taken years to develop. The wood industry is huge the underwater wood industry is as valuable as 50 billion. This is a "green" industry, and at .0002 it going to be a fine play in 2014. IMHO

  • by mobiletechsolutions Feb 22, 2014 7:09 PM Flag

Both trade in the subs both are in billion dollar markets both are just now starting to make revenue off of years worth of effort. Thou HIMR has said No RS and share buy back in works with profits off of underwater logging business. Who knows right? I like HIMR at .0002 thou but it has father to rise to .005. Good Luck to All

  • by mobiletechsolutions Feb 22, 2014 7:06 PM Flag

BIEL was finally realized for what it's worth and should continue to rise. HIMR is a green company entering a 50 billion dollar market for the first time this week. Any news of sales rolling in and it should hit as good or better than BIEL. Good Luck to All Happy 2014!

The future expatiation's of a company is a prediction people make every time they invest money into the stock market in any company. This is not rocket science for most of us megabull it's called using fundamentals of a company along with DD to make an estimation of future expectations. You know like "I think I'll by some GM stock today because I believe their sales will increase based on this new model car". Also coupled with my own DD is the fact that the CEO of CERP stated he expects sales in 2013 to be in close range to 2011 in 2011 the sales were 21 million. Already he has announced 500 thousand and then the very next week 300 thousand in new sales. Now maybe if he knew he was working on the Glad deal 30 days ago he could make this predication and be pretty darn accurate.

Someone over at the IHUB board pointed out that the certification that the Glad bag received is from the same organization that the CEO of CERP started and he headed the freckling board! This could and I'm still saying maybe on this one but it could be a show stopper Monday morning or Tuesday morning. The stock would gap up like crazyyyy! Also another point someone brought up is the the CEO mentioned selling our IP to other companies back in December maybe this is either product or IP sold to Glad either way CERP shares will soar UP. I wonder if this is the same reason they think CERP might need to increase A/S to prevent a buyout!!

Just wondering Kelb why so you seem to want people to sell? Are you short the stock? Do you make your money as others lose theirs? Just wondering yes I'm long CERP it's no secret trust me I think this little environmentally friendly company might go to the moon! If I didn't I'd sell and be gone no posting nothing as I just don't care. But why to people post who are not long? Nothing to do on a Saturday night? LoL come on KelB I best you were saying sell at .0096 and caused some to miss out on 400% gains. Either your short this stock or just board and I'm guessing short. Sorry but I call it like I see it.

And I don't care either way but if you are short then I feel very sorry for you if the Glad deal or any other deal comes in next week because you could lose hundreds of thousands and I can only lose what I have invested.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I sure hope so have no idea personally but I checked three different board and it's being discussed on the IHUB board as well as this one and others. So it's either a rumor just like everyone else we'd heard or there is some truth to it and that's the reason for the other news coming in recently. Makes since that's the reason the CEO seems to know sales will reach the levels last seen in 2011. But honestly I don't begin to know so I'm calling it pure speculation at this point in time.

    Good Luck

No matter what deals come through still Long and CERP strong!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • This is just a rumor and it didn't come from me but as was read from another board Glad Inc might be inking deal with CERP to use CERP products to make Glad's new line of compost bags.
The person posting this has been reliable in the past and seems to know things right as they happen. I'm not going to call them out as having inside information as it might stop the source from posting in the future but there have been a awful lot of coincidences that's all I'm saying.

    From Glad Inc website,

Keeps your bin clean and your kitchen fresh with Glad® compostable bags.

    OdorShield® technology neutralizes food odors
Glad quality for a cleaner compost bin
Meets requirements of municipal compost programs and ASTM D6400
Certified compostable by the industry standards authority, BPI
For use with applicable municipal compost programs
    Available in 13-gallon size

    All IMHO

Invest with your own DD and from nothing anyone says on this board either long or short. As no one has the answers to your investment needs other than yourself or your investment adviser.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • This company has been on fire since the complete restructure and new sales data that's coming in. This stock has not changed it will still be a solid buy in 2013 and I believe will have sales around 21 million or higher. So what's going to happen Monday is this, some very novice investors will get shaken in the AM and sell the smart money will be buying them up left and right. Then on Tuesday or Wednesday when CERP announces yet another 500 thousand or multimillion dollar new sales contract the price will surge back up and this time faster and further than before. The sellers will be crying on the side lines for having given up on the hottest stock of 2013 and the longs will be laughing.

    Plain and Simple.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • mobiletechsolutions Feb 9, 2013 5:00 PM Flag

Same thing here buying on the dips no r/s will get voted in. Sales will continue to pure in the stock will continue to surge up but most will have been shaken out by this PR just like back in December when it was announced and guess what VOTED DOWN. Nothing has changed same great company same great product same sales in North American, India, and Europe what company with these things going on sells for .05? CERP is going to be going just as strong in two months as it is now up since January 17th around 400%. So if your scared sell there will be buyers trust me smart money knows a golden find is in CERP shares.

Long and still saying Strong Buy.

    Crucial text from today's filing:

first and foremost, it states in plain english in the filings that:

"The presence at the meeting, in person or by proxy, of the holders of a majority of the number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding on the record date will constitute a quorum permitting the meeting to conduct its business. We anticipate that as of the record date, there will be 238,131,674 shares of our common stock issued and outstanding. Thus, the presence of the holders of 119,065,837 issued and outstanding shares of common stock will be required to establish a quorum."

just below that, it shows how many shares the board of directors holds: 3,084,386 shares.

what does this mean, you ask?

it means that for there to even BE A MEETING (or a "quorum") for these things to be voted on, the owners of 115,981,451 shares needs to be present.

the rate at which the financiers are dumping shares indicates to me that there won't be nearly enough holders of 115mm shares to show up to the meeting to establish a quorum, thus, the meeting ITSELF will be a nonevent (and, in turn, the voting on the A/S increase, and the R/S, will both subsequently be nonevents).

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The before the split line auto adjusted to show pre split price times 40 sorry but you can clearly see the price went higher after the split then before the split. The price did not deteriorate until sometime later when bad news or missed earning I believe came out. So not that a split will even be voted in or is eminent by any means but if it actually occurred and the company is still selling and doing well the price will as you can see below increase in value.

The long term loans are with Magna Corp and IronRidge and are quiet long agreements I don't have time to post them here but you can find them on the company web site and over at IHUB.

    Working Capital and Liquidity

To provide the Company with the required working capital to continue operations, approximately $1 million in short term convertible debt and equity financing was completed. In order to maximize these new investments, the Company has enacted an operational restructuring strategy which includes a reduction in operating costs. Additionally, the Company has taken aggressive cost cutting measures, which include a furlough for production employees and a reduction in its worldwide headcount to 17 employees.

In order to improve cash flow, the Company adjusted their sales and shipment policy, requiring payment in advance of shipment and reducing terms to less than 30 days for large domestic companies.

True look if you want some real quick DD go to the IHUB web site and type in CERP then click on all messages and read the sticky notes at the top of the page. This site is more investor orientated not sure if you've been there or not but I switch to IHUB and love it. I still follow Yahoo but get most of my immediate info from the IHUB board before or as soon as the news hits they have it.

Peace to you happy trading in 2013.
