They have completed the Sichun plant and the capital expenditure has been completed. I don't know if this note is replaced by other lower interest loan or cash, but it is a good news anyway.
I am more excited about the new plant going into production from now, it will contribute to revenue and income for the next several years.
I revisited seeking alpha 4/8/16 article "xinyuan real estate: the foundation is set for another 50% return". Well, this article hit the nail right on. Xinyuan has appreciated a lot since then. 2016 is going to be a very good year for Xinyuan.
US investors avoid chinese reverse-merger company like a plague. I have invested into two companies which went belly-up. They simply delisted from US stock market and the CEO just ignore US investors. Stock become worthless and you can do nothing about it.
According to XIN, in a few years, they'll invest over 1 billion RMB (US $150 million) in the project. So far not much news.
Yes, revenue and income are stable but bot growing, if it can pay dividends, it would be a good stock. Note that their stock holder equity in the balance sheet is still growing healthly every year.
Does the company do something you have mentioned? Or just the stock price fluctuation cause your disappointment? Note that this stock is very thinly traded and price could fluctuates quite a lot.
Higher revenue comparing to last year. Lower cost from bond issues.
china housing market is polarized. Tier 1 cities appreciate too much but the tier 2 & 3 cities still have large inventory.
SIAF is planning to list on nasdaq from OTC (from their PR, this is not for sure). right now it does not get attention, but a sweden company already own over 50% equity stake of the company. The current CFO is from that company and have a seat on the board. It is very lightly traded but a good time for small individual investors to get in, just be patient to wait for the price to fall further. Its growth in the recent 4 years is impressive.
Good time to add. IF this company is not a fraud, then it is really cheap. Looks like the doubt is still lingering.
switzerland has the highest personal income but the lowest home ownership. interesting.
They are XIN subsidiaries in each province. They have their own name, but has Xinyuan as part of their full name.
All NYSE listed ADRs are charged with custody fees, NASDAQ listed foreign companies are not charged. So don't buy NYSE ADRS which don't pay dividends.
