    I Contacted Plug Management

Shouldn't you risk prison time for-lies-full bashing!!

  • This issue vis-a-vis no such issue with hydrogen-fuel usage is apparently deliberately not mentioned by lithium-batteries vested interests!! Marsh must bring up this issue publicly in line light!!

    HyGear On Site Hydrogen

    by skibare Aug 24, 2016 2:02 PM

Some time back, a few influential Congressmen/Senators visited the PLUG facilities in NY and, I am sure, they are working on some sort of legislation that will push the hydrogen-fuel usage for transportation and other energy projects at least as an alternative fuel. The lithium batteries pushed recently by vested interests has one big drawback - that of toxic substance disposal (which is not an issue for hydrogen fuel but is never mentioned by the battery interests!!). Marsh should publicly bring up the toxic-waste disposal issue w.r.t. lithium batteries.

Wrong!! Read the CC transcript and digest the clear fact that Marsh stated that the 2Q16 revenue was 58% higher than 2Q15 revenue!! Who do you treat more reliable the official version OR the AP writer's?!! Just do not think others are fools like you're!!! Look at the thumbups I get and thumbdowns you get!!!

  • and complained about misstatements in the articles by Capital Cube and AP in the Yahoo Finance this week and the last that the 2Q16 revenue was $20M compared to 2Q15 revenue of $24M, both adjusted basis!! Baloney!! The actual numbers as announced and discussed during the last CC were $37.9M and $24M, respectively! I asked the management to take the both liers to task and even report effectively to the SEC against both liers to spread lies. I haven't received the reply yet; but, I am sure, they are looking into it. Any comments? Only serious ones, please!

I do not expect any exciting news w.r.t. the trials until JNJ decides in favor of the continuation which they will wait until internal reviews of both the trials are completed later this year at the earliest. Scarlett may just give his opinion as to when it is likely.

Tell me, Shenfield, don't we generally love and boast about having a wealthy person as a friend than a poor or an unwelthy one?!! If Trump was my friend, wouldn't I go and boast to my kith and kins that Trump is my friend and invited me for a dinner than boasting about one who lives in a poor neighborhood in a small apartment?! How can we then blame other Ameticans who are lured to vote for Trump and the media people who advertise for Trump? After all, the people running the media are none other than our brothers and sisters!!

Excellent post and a very appropriate chain of thoughts. Unfortunately, only wise and far-sighted Americans can appreciate it, not the brainwashed Americans whose proportion in our society is increasing to a dangerous level. But, why so? Perhaps because our society is increasingly cozy and respectful of money and power! My point is, we're the ones who created this situation, isn't it?!!

    More on Geron's business posture.

    by sdrawkcabeman May 7, 2016 3:54 PM
mruyog mruyog Jul 17, 2016 1:41 AM Flag

My point simply is that the best way for both JNJ and Geron shareholders is that, instead of a buyout, JNJ must seek merger of Geron with it giving Geron shareholders a deal that convers shareholders' Geron shares to JNJ shares that is acceptable to Geron shareholders and the board. This will keep WS crooks out. But, giving millions of shares free to WS crooks in that case tells me that Scarlett and company really did that with stupidity, showing their lack of foresight, isn't it?!!

Doctor, there are certain questions in my mind. One is that there are two options to JNJ: it can continue paying the two digit percentage of net IMET sale every year, year after year, at a high sale volume until all relatedpatents expire for its multiple applications and at a low volume after the patents expire OR it gives a flat offer to buy the Geron that is voted yes by shareholders. Obviously, the former is tied to sales but, for JNJ, it depends on how JNJ controls its own costs to get its profit after paying the cut to Geron. Also,in that case Geron remains a profit generating company until someone buys it and grabs all the rights. This certainly makes JNJ uneasy to bear, especially if a competitor buys those rights. Therefore, JNJ has the best choice to make a buyout offer itself!! The question then, what the Geron board and shareholders will see fit for them to do: Accept JNJ offer or another bidder who comes up with a better deal?

I think JNJ management must have thought about this scenario and may be planning to avoid that. The question, then, is how?!! Should it use its WS friends to help it?!! If it does that or doing that already, don't lus shareholders get screwed in a way that JNJ and WS crooks reap the most benefit?! Can the bozos running Geron now protect our interest against JNJ-WS interest?!!

Well, there are other questions in my mind too; but later.

Cheng, tell me how many such biotech's have zero debt, hefty cash in hand, no liability, staff of just 17(low cost!) and a breakthrough type product which is completely being developed, marketed and sold by a pharma like Janssen/JNJ and proven by none other than Mayo? You can't just compare apples and oranges! Please get off your cozy feelings for WS and think objectively. Thanks for your serious responses.

The Problem With Pundits Posting On This Board

Black, that is not my Point! I am commenting on posts that raise expectations and create anxiety w.r.t. (premature) announcement of trial results by Janssen. Just let it take its course!

  • is that they want the results of the trial so far be announced now and the traders want that too so that they can make quick bucks! The reality is that IMET is being tested for cancers and that testing requires confirmatory observations and a thorough analysis for precise dosage determination and evaluation of side effects. Also, all reviewers must agree. All this is time consuming and the guys involved in this study are not WS executives but scientists!! The former look for quarterly profits so that they can earn hefty bonuses and the latter look for the right answers!! Do the pundits understand this?!!!
