    Continuation Election/ Agreement

That is a good point to keep in mind. And, as you implied, the contuation decision comes first fromJanssen, not Geron! Once that is received, then Geron management has to decide for Opt-In or Opt-Out. My guess is that it will be Opt-In so that the bozos can keep their job!

  • The SP manipulation and depressed level are primarily the result of the bozos @ Geron's giving away millions of free shares to WS crooks one of who is apparently the MM. Was this deliberate? You have to ask that to the Geron CEO who was awarded several-million dollar compensation, including reward, and the rest of the bozos who have not yet bought a single share of Geron with their personal money!! These facts are a puzzling and disturbing situation for all who have been holding Geron shares in the hope of success of IMET and confidence in what Janssen is doing. The question is: Willthe WS crooks prevail?

Big, neither the good news are likely on the trials (since the results will not be prematurely announced until they are thoroughly reviewed and adequate) nor the WS crooks are stupid to do something that doesn't help them!!

Big, the MM is one of the underwriters. It must have been a WS conspiracy, since the JNJ contract must have been very much shaping up then and then the need for raising money was a questionable thing to do at the cost of share dilution. It's quite possible that the WS guys got the Geron management fooled to go for the financing and made a deal with the bozos to get free shares which they might have planned to keep trading through market manipulation since one of them held the MM position too. These crooks, having a lot of experience in what goes on with licensing of such drugs, knew for sure that they will have at least three years to keep trading in and out these free shares to their advantage through manipulation. I do not see any other reason for the stubborn low SP and fluctuations that help MM and trading because clearly the company fundamentals (no debt, lot of cash in hand, a proven block-buster drug in hand, and no liability except, of course, the greedy bozos) are simply too strong to have the SP so low! These crooks are pocketing a lot of money, using those free shares (which didn't cost them a penny!) and will continue doing so until the SP inevitably jumps upon good news coming from the trials which is almost certain since the Mayo trials proved it already and which these crooks knew then!! The low/high volumes are just normal market fluctuations. Of course, Cheng, possibly a WS kid, wouldn't agree with my assessment above!!!

  • To keep the SP depressed so that his WS buddies can grab as many as they want, slowly but surely, by squeezing more and more from frustrated shareholders, institutional or retail. Then, these dogs will sell these stocks at a handsome margin come 2017 when the SP will make new highs!! The culprit clearly is the free millions of shares given away by the bozos at Geron, that are being used to do so. And, the monkey traders are made to hop in and out quickly after gaining a nickel a share to help keep the trading active. Does SEC know this?!!!!

Cheng, you seem to have a soft heart for WS crooks and almost always come up quicky with responses in their favor, deflecting the argument away. Well, this atttitude may place you as a suspected agent of WS. Am I right?

Big, do not forget that this is one of the few research-stage companies that has no debt, and will have none (unless the bozos decide to make an expensive acquisition) and has a proven block-buster drug that is in Ph 2 and Ph 3 trials. It has only 17 employees and no other liability. The trials are run by none other tthan Janssen and supported by Mayo Clinic. There is no reason for the SP to be near the cash value!! It is certainly manipulated by WS crooks for their benefit.

No, it doesn't, unless you are a perpetual trader who has nothing else to do and, perhaps, no family to take care of!! Posters are by and large paid bashers or pumpers or idiots who think their posts make a difference in the trading of this stock. I like to post some funny or sarcastic notes, and occasionally some useful ones.

And, yet the SP keeps sliding down?!!! Common sense tells you that there is more selling pressure than that of buying!! The culprits are the WS crooks, one of who is a MM, who were awarded millions of free shares by the bozos at Geron to underwrite the last offering, which they are using to make money through market manipulation!! There is nothing else that has been keeping the SP depressed. These crooks make more money if they can buy more shares with the same amount of money. And, SEC doesn't closely monitor trading of shares of a company that are priced way below $5!! Therefore, these WS crooks keep the SP dragged down. There is no relationship to the current SP and the company fundamentals (except, of course, the greedy bozos running the company). Monkey traders just tag along, jumping in and out like monkeys, and are being used by these crooks!!

If they do that we have legal means to sue them. Of course, our system can be frustrating. And, if you do that through any Manhattan or NY City based court, believe me, you may be dealing with corrupt judges to!!!

Thanks, tar! These nickel-dime seekers have transformed the market into a gambling casino for which MM and floor traders are no exception. The entire activity is borne out of greed for money and complete lack of societal ethics. I can easily play their games and become rich too; but, my moral heritage does not approve it.

Don, those portfolio managers and their bosses handling such funds are are the primary culprits. But these same people continue the practice after they leave their jobs and become private traders. Some on this board may be those too!! My point is that these greedy people in order to make their living through llieful and illegal or unethical means are the ones who have corrupted the entire securities market intended for growing companies to raise necessary funding for which they have to build really attractive fundamentals to be able to do so. The latter is wrecked by the current-day WS crooks.
