Right on. Just think when it was mid to high 70s awhile ago.
Good gains if sold today.
I began investing at 35.
Tough at times when I wanted a newer car !
Some things in life I have not had discipline in but so far so good on investing.
I'm up 18% in a little more than 2 months.
Could not be happier.
Unless of course it drops BIG and I can accumulate more shares.
As one gets older it IS the amount of shares one holds.
I'm looking for it to go to $90 or more and then split.
I mean.......why not?
So what? it falls............BFD. While you have your money in cash, collecting ZERO or 1/10th of ONE percent....have you ever considered that many here get hundreds or THOUSANDS in CASH or more in dividends EVERY quarter?
Tell me........WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME DUKE ENERGY CUT THEIR DIVIDEND?
T H A N K S !!
Poosee. This was around $52-54 a couple of years ago.
Just ride it out and purchase on the dips. it dropped to $68 a few months ago and i loaded up.
Afraid of change ?
That's why they call it the Emerald City dude. Then go 55 miles east, break over the Cascade crest and its like you're in a wasteland. Except for Walla Walla which is its own little oasis.
Duke Energy up over 3 % the last two days.
A lot of investors seem to be running to the UTEs.
