longfellowsss, every buyout seems to have those lawyer PRs. They come from the same firms all the time. Maybe they just put them out to see if there is interest on each one.
I think it is just because it was such a high premium, some long term holders just want to move on to the next trade. With everyone using algos today, the prices swing more than usual. The arb algos should start to move it up. My thoughts anyway. I bought some to hold for the deal close.
