Whew this has been nerve racking all day! I gave up going to McDonalds for V-day for a chance at the big score.
You may be right. It won't burn a hole in my pocket because I have no skin in this game. I learned my lesson years ago on these type stocks.
Desperation and Manipulation..hmm kinda like you are trying to do by attempting to discredit the article. Losing more and more on your short position? Or did you have to cover already?.
Institutional investors always have the upper hand because they are playing with other people's money and are privy to info before it reaches the retail. Retail investors playing with their own money are hoping for the quick score are impatient and quick to take a quick meager profit, minimize loss, or dump shares because it is their own money they afraid to lose and are impatient because their account is not rising fast enough. Retail investors make the market move though otherwise institutional investors would not make money either. The institutions know this and just wait for days like this when the impatients dump shares, then can buy up the now discounted shares to help fill in the gaps from previous days gap up openings. Stocks can't average going up even 1% gain a day, because after a year that would be 200+ % which is insane and completely unrealistic and unsustainable so these days of being down must happen to maintain balance in the overall market. Retailers often try to time the market but you can not,. Yeah you may get lucky once in a while. Buy and hold is always the best strategy long term with due diligence done on any stock of course.
what are you so angry about? there are 1000 other companies you can invest in so why waste your time complaining about this one?
Nothing really to WOW about as there is nothing new that they stated that no one already did not know. That quote was not "Buried" in the article, it was there plain as day and anyone vested in the company took the time to read it. MOTLEY FOOL purposely put this out 30 minutes prior to the close in an attempt to sway some opinion in my view. Do they have a huge short position or something?
1.) we know the company stinks right now
2.) we know earnings will be nothing to write home about
3.) There is low expectation going in
4.) anything remotely better will be seen as a pulse and emotion will run high if there is the slightest bit of light
5.) The true test will be the Holiday season and if it is a great improvement, it is the validation needed for long term.
You're proudly spreading around alleged "Insider Information"? Way to go there chump. Maybe you work picking up trash on Pine Street and heard some idiots outside talking about something they allegedly heard.
Wow, out of all the analysts out there, you are above them all with your in depth, no holds barred analysis. Thank you for being the lone wolf of reason and common sense. You have saved me.
