my prediction of a cross is a only 15 million apart now. if cue can begin to figure out how to invigorate the brand....
unfortunately for us, she does not a have a clue on that. maybe that is why we have private label and cocco as the initiatives. kind of a surrender for the core brand.
good thing they spent hundreds of millions buying back stock, instead of researching cancer or buying companies integral to the mission. sarcasm.
how is that working for you charlie. i own a litle of the stock. if i were smarter i would have shorted it.
until sege resigns or is fired and a lighting guy takes over, this is a pre-bankruptcy. and everyone thinks so. if i were a lumi executive holding soon to be worthless paper that ron shoved in my desk drawer, i would be #$%$.
lol. come now. of course it is legal. they should be finishing the chicken trials within a month or two now. the real incredible news is that they have gone into june of 2016 without a single notable sale of product. despite having every possible tailwind. you dont even have subway adding to its position, just selling pressure and retreating buyers. i am hoping that chicken brings in some income, however, this is looking poor for every other area.
they have the combined influence of a gnat. CERS is doing a poor job marketing. that Rio doesnt have the technology in place is astonishing. if you cannot make that sale, you need to retire from sales.
how gullible are you? the daily caller editors depend on idiots like you to be their sheep. ask an adult for assistance.
when you see chris in the morning would you ask him to take an extended leave of absence and put a gerbil or something in charge that has an inkling of how to make and bottled carbonated water? um, yes, its that easy of a business.
analyst, as flat out incompetent as chris is i believe you are wrong. the pricing is coming out of costco side of the deal. they work on thin margins usually 10%. the secondary is actually not that dilutive. i think they tried to keep it as minimal of a dilution as possible, given that they were functionally insolvent without reference to stockholders equity. that is funny because chris must have forgotten to mention insolvency in his quarterly reviews. he also forgot on the panel of innovators to mention that he has lost almost all his investors' money since opening and doesnt make a profit. oversight, i believe. some would call it lying, but not me. costco can help generate improved top line. i buy my GT kombucha at costco. 6 pack for 14.99 when not on sale. $12 when on sale. i spend about $60 a month on it. however, i hear the GT is really afraid of the chlown's kombucha because it is so amazing with its wrinkled label, small portions, leaky cap and flavor selection featuring coffee.
18 million gap jones to reeds. jones closing. chris probably out surfing, dude. gotta leave office a 2 pm to catch the gnarly waves. new multi-year low today.
you utterly and completely nailed this call. effing brilliant insight. and you posted it. i didnt buy any, owning too much of reed and jones and being despondent on the sector. but well done sir.
my prediction of jones surpassing reed in cap is getting very close to fulfillment. all it will take will be for chris to throw one or two more logs of failure on his bonfire of incompetence, or cue to get a couple things right, and you will have a cross. from reed at 700% of jones to smaller than jones in a couple years. amazing. the collapse of a hobby soda business live before your eyes.
comedy. what numbers from international sales? they are tiny. the moat is actually evaporating. they dont own the genes and anyone can test for mutations. mygn has a big database using current technology.
the reason the comany is struggling is competition from all over the place, shrinking reimbursements in the industry (due to competition) and a complete failure to aggressively market and take market share.
sorry, dogma. i can not reason with an employee of reed. once again you are correct. everything is great. chris was a victim of a small soda market and decreasing kombucha shelf space. poor guy. use a condom. chris too.
just actually gave away a warrant to bring the shares out to 170,000,000. making the stock essentially uninvestible. a permanent penny stock. a reverse split mess waiting to happen. so if you are a current shareholder you are going to want to bail on this if it gets over 12 cents. and 20 cents would be a miracle. kind of sad when you see such clueless financial management.
it really doesnt matter what the sales are any more. they have had multiple record gross sales. but they lose money on increased sales with no hope of significant profit. a penny or two with accounting tricks. there is no possibility anymore of major growth or good margins. that period of time is over and gone. the shelves are filled with craft sodas and creative ginger drinks. the mules are fad drinks and very 2014. you look like an idiot with a copper mug now. didnt chris realize that drink trends come and go. ginger brew is a key mixer, but he got stuck with old recipes and marketing connections that really never happened. i love the investor presentation with the 10 year old data. like a child prepared it. look pictures!! if they do 13 million and make a penny for the summer, they stock will not recover. if they land a significant fountain account, the stock could move. kombucha was a growth driver, but it is done. over. history. no chance to recover share. a joke. the other soda flavors are yesterday's news. chris the chlown could have been jim koch. but jim was masterful, chris was a hubristic #$%$.
growing demand. adorable. you are adorable. how come i have never seen another company with this string of troubles and excuses? i thought they have 4 plants running lines? but they need LA upgraded to meet orders?
what about marketing? that is still years off if everything works out. now they are funding sales losses and mounting financial losses from stock sales and junk bond rate loans. wait for the next shoe to drop. i thought you might be able to buy it at $3.50 but i think there is a reasonable chance that the auditor will add a going concern statement.
dogma's office is across from chris the chlown's office. here, dogma, take this tissue. you have something there on your chin.
boardwalk is entirely correct the value of offering is about $3 a share.
