I agree with you. But I took this opportunity to buy more than 5k shares today in three lots. I'm positive that Aldoxorubicin will get approved in the near future. I'm ready to buy more if it goes down further.

Did someone just buy $9M in warrants for .65

"28,000,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price per share of $0.45 in a registered direct offering, and warrants to purchase up to 14,000,000 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $0.65 per share in a concurrent private placement, resulting in gross proceeds to the Company of $12,600,000."
Note: "…and warrants to purchase up to 14,000,000 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $0.65 per share…" There is nothing free in this world. You've to pay $0.65 per share, which is $0.20 above today's share price. If the warrants were bought as the poster claims, don't you think it's bullish?

I forwarded the link about the report on NW Bio by "Smith On Stock", which discussed illegal activity and Manipulation of small biotech stocks by hedge funds and others to MS. Remy Bernarda. I also let her know that 0n 6/24/16, 1.9 million shares were shorted, which is extremely suspicious to me. At the end of my email, I requested her to forward the info. to Dr. Schwartz.

Ms. Bernarda replied back reasonably quickly indicating that she forwarded the info. to Dr. Schartz.

It's most likely Ms. Bernarda, et all know about those illegal activities. However, it's no harm to forward those info. in case they missed.

Following is partial report in that link:

Clearly Illegal Activity Has Been Brought to My Attention

The technical trading and intellectual skills that the wolfpack brings into play are formidable, but are only part of what goes on. Because of my writing on this manipulation scheme, I have become somewhat of a poster board for companies who have been attacked by the wolfpack and some of their stories are chilling as shown below. I have heard allegations that:

Management e-mails have been hacked to get inside information.
Confidential data held by CROs pertaining to results in clinical trials has been hacked.
One CEO reported that he went in to work over a weekend and watched incredulously as some unknown person moved the cursor over his computer screen opening files and e-mails.
Scientists involved in clinical trials have been bribed to get inside knowledge on clinical trials.
It was alleged to me by more than one company that the data in a clinical trial was manipulated so that data in the control arm of a clinical trial was altered so that the control group performed much better than expected. In these cases, the drug performed as expected but the trial failed because of the unexpectedly good results in the control arm. One CEO actually told me that a hedge fund manager actually bragged about doing this.

I'm very suspicious about this short transaction(s). No matter how seasoned those shorts were, it's highly unlikely that they would dare to short that many shares right before the IDMC report was out, UNLESS he (they) knew something about those corrupt? data.

Please pay particular attention to the following line:
"In these cases, the drug performed as expected but the trial failed because of the unexpectedly good results in the control arm. One CEO actually told me that a hedge fund manager actually bragged about doing this."
Doesn't it look familiar with respect to NewVax that IDMC is indicating control group performed better than the vaccine group. It's impossible for me accept it after knowing all past excellent data about NewVax. Moreover, if the trial failed why it would take so long to reach to 70th event? I don't get it.

The FDA is sometimes compromised. An FDA employee involved in the review of a drug made negative tweets about a drug while it was under FDA review. These were intended to reinforce negative tweets on the drug from a prominent blogger with close ties to the wolfpack community. The motive is unknown, but certainly was inappropriate and probably illegal. Working in such close concert with the blogger on Twitter raises questions as to whether some FDA employees have been compromised.
Alarmingly, a former FDA supervisor was just found guilty of insider trading. He obtained information from a former colleague and passed it on to a hedge fund. This is a shocking example of hedge fund practic

    NWBO Short Volume

Does this 62% short volume mean anything? Couldn't that 62% consist of short selling as well as short buying? If so, then net effect may be either some short selling or some short buying or even zero, if short selling equals short buying. I'll appreciate an expert opinion. Thanks.

For whom it may concern: Mr. Neil Woodford, who is considered a stellar investor in UK, holds at least 25,915,937 shares of NWBO at a price higher than my average price. Moreover, he repeatedly indicated in his various blogs that he intends to buy more as soon he's satisfied about certain conditions in addition the probable NDA clause expiration. I don't have any of those restrictions. So, I buy freely even my holding is well above 100K and I repeat I'm thrilled when I do so because it's well below my average price. I repeat that DCVax will be approved IMO, simply because "ALL PATIENTS ARE LIVING LONGER" with unprecedented QUALITY OF LIFE AND NO APPRECIABLE SIDE EFFECT! I also will not sell a single share until the share price is at least $150.00.

By the way, I will not lower myself to the level of bashers and glorify them by responding to their postings.

I took the opportunity of the down trend of biotech stocks and placed an order for 2K @ 0.7314 when the ask was @ 0.7489. I never thought that it will get filled, because it was already so much down. Bit it did! However, I still suspect that the price can still go lower. Since I'm not sure of future lower SP, I'm thrilled. Also, I'm thrilled because I got at much lower price compared to what my average is for more than 100K shares, which i accumulated over couple of years. I'm confident that this will get approved after complex analysis of the complicated situation, simply because "all patients are living longer" with unprecedented much better of quality of life with almost no safety concern.

    THE TRUTH ABOUT FAST TRACK:

I gave you a thumbs up for bringing the comment here by "Plain Dealer" regarding Fast Track designation. They provided some statistical information, which is nice to know (assuming they're correct). However, I have doubt about that correctness, because it's not a fact about their statement that it's "a non-event". There're are lot of positive implications about Fast Track designation.

F.D.A. OBLIGATION TO GALE AND NEUVAX

    by lomponalog Jun 1, 2016 8:14 PM
    nice_fellow_sr nice_fellow_sr Jun 1, 2016 8:35 PM Flag

You're right. However, the sponsor has to initiate a discussion with FDA after receiving a halt recommendation from IDMC. After that elaborate discussion, if FDA is certain that they need to halt for ethical reason, they'll do so. That's the only way that the trial does not get jeopardized as far as the sponsor is concerned. Please note that the halt will never be initiated by the company even if the IDMC RECOMMENDS IT.

  • NeuVax (GALE) just got Fast-Track Designation. IMO, Accelerated Approval soon. Now, the question regarding CYTR: "If winter comes, can spring be far behind"?
