I always love to hear your comments about KERX so why are you absent since the rally of KERX?
Do you think this is still going to $3's and we should wait for $3's?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
According to the last press release of the 2nd quarter KERX have 155 million in Cash and cash equivalents but are losing around 25 million per quarter resulting in 100 million per year.
At current levels we have enough money for 18 months but with IDA approval and increase in sales KERX will improve his balance sheet.
What do you think about the current balance sheet?
I hope IDA is approved and this incident in Auryxia production is fixed soon to avoid any dillution.
Not ethical and against the rules?
In that case Seth just buys KERX for $5 and F** all shareholders
Is that even possible?
The buyer being the same as the majority shareholders?
Lawsuits would be flying from all places
Well that's my only concern about holding KERX for a long time.
Hope you are right but any company that goes bankrupt senior note holders usually wipe out shareholders and end owning the company.
Bankruptcy doesn't look possible now but with this management team you never know...
Serious question... What if Seth Klarman with his $125 million convertible notes is trying to get KERX for free?
Did anyone think about this?
This news were made by Seth in order to thank his short friends that brought the company down allowing Seth himself to be the savior of KERX lending us much needed money.
In return he got a great deal with 30 Million shares at a ridiculous price of $3.7 converting these notes anytime he wants.
What a deal so Seth is now thanking his friends that allowed him to be our savior and owning a company with a great product at ridiculous prices.
I bet the short numbers will drop drastically this month and some shorts will soon turn into longs... and thank you Seth for being our savior!
So no buyout this summer?
This delay in manufacturing of Auryxia means nothing to a buyer because it's not the curent sales that dictates the price of this company.
If you still believe in a buyout this is not the time to sell...
Sentiment: Strong Buy
We all know that Friday is where you give bad news not Monday.
I sure hope this management is not in bed with the shorts because it's hard to believe you can be that bad...
