the only time such a v. investor conf. call would be 'real', and answer 'live' q's, would be when there is nothing to hide, and news is good. such will not be the case with MNGA...it will be 'orchestrated'...

  • ...i was a major advocate of MG2. i single-handedly got a welding magazine editor to contact es and subsequently publish an article about MG2 and MNGA. might it have happened anyway? maybe. but i got it done. i believed that MG2 was 'ground-breaking' and unique and that the company's patents made for a no-lose situation. i believed it was a "V-8" situation - so obvious that success was only a matter of time. time has indicated quite the reverse - the share price drop of MNGA to its current level is so far proof of that. the co's sales of MG2 have been, thus far, poor and thoroughly disappointing. just the facts. es has proven to be virtually incompetent. he would have been forced out of most publicly traded co's by now, if not protected by nepotism.

lyle is convinced the insurance industry will leverage MG2's safety features and 'force' steel cutting co's to use it. insurance co's obviously haven't had anywhere near that kind of influence. don b. is adamant that the 'pristine' burning of the gas - and it's near non-existent carbon pollution will bring the oil industry - and the coal industry - to their knees. he's been just as wrong.

what's missing? no one really knows, other than in qtrly cc's, what the sales of MG2 really are. no one knows how much MG2 ANY distributor is actually selling - if indeed they are selling it at all - other than ESSI. no one knows why refineries aren't being sold & built regularly. no one has any idea whether the purified fertilizer 'angle' is real or not. no one knows how long it will take for a coal-burning utility to be so convinced of the 'co-co' feature that they simply immediately retrofit to MG2. no one really knows what the hell es is doing. and no one really knows how much MG2 the new facility is actually producing. these are ALL important q's, and the investors are completely in the dark. unconscionable. until these facts are known, MNGA's pps goes nowhere.

  • ...per Gal, " Amgen is a mature and highly profitable drug company ($21.4B rev. 40% FCF margin, unlevered). It is heavily reliant on three aging franchises (G-CSFs, ESAs, Enbrel) which together account for over 100% of its net income. The debate on the name encompasses three issues: (i) rate of decline of older franchises; (ii) growth of more recent launches and (iii) what can the company do to improve its position.

We are more bearish than most on the impact of biosimilars on Amgen. We believe that by 2020, biosimilars will erode Neupogen to near completion, take two thirds of Neulasta market (~$4B/year to $1.6B in 2020) and two thirds of Epogen (1.9B to $600M). We expect Aranesp to largely hold and Enbrel to erode modestly, primarily due to effect of new branded psoriasis and RA drugs. In totality, we model Amgen losing $4.8B or 22% of revenue by 2020. We have no reason to assume (for now) Sandoz would be able to overcome Biogen’s Enbrel IP, but the concern will likely weigh on the stock starting 2H17 as we approach a trial date…

Initiating with market-perform and $161 target price. Amgen is a large company facing a patent cliff and the remaining business does not have enough growth to change the trajectory. We love the cash flows and if management finds the right transaction then the stock would run. Otherwise, it would trade with the sector."

SURE!!!! and the main VIRUS, a guy with the initials as, who took the entire UNIS investing community TO THE CLEANERS, and made $10 MILLION+ in the process, and got away scott free while LYING THRU HIS SMILING TEETH the whole time, is NOT in jail??? not only that, he's on RETAINER for $12,000 a month with UNIS, supported by AMGN!!!! ONLY IN AMERICA!!!!!

well, obviously, the original VIRUS is still in the spaceship!!!!! LOL!!!!! "ALIENS 4"!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

  • ...so, AMGN has put $50 MILLION into UNIS so far?? $20 MILLION in cash, and $30 MIL in a loan/note?? so here's a stupid question (sarcasm intended).

with a $48 MILLION current market cap, why don't they just BUY OUT UNIS???...

wouldn't it make more sense? TOTAL CONTROL of company and operations, and could write off the purchase on an amortization schedule??!! they'd have full control of delivery devices and development. if any other pharma company actually wants the devices, they could make a profit selling them.

if i had $50 MIL (i 'only' have about $12 MIL), and believed in UNIS - which, to some degree AMGN apparently does (for some reason), that's what i'd consider doing.

how many companies has FB bought out? MS? GOOGL? PCLN? the cash shouldn't make a dent for them. what's stopping them from doing that???...

DUH - the mental midget actually gets that a few "don't believe me" - count ME as 1 of them!!!!

VIP's outside of this board that will actually really care a lot??? SHOW US, don baby, show us!!!!

take a look at the 'headlines' pages of YF and etrade for UNIS, and find a single NON-lawsuit filed listing in the last 3 pages, go ahead! but yeah, "everything's gonna be alright"!!! uh huh!!!!

  • ...michaelanicka used to be a major UNIS supporter. he owned a self-professed 54,000 shares with a cost basis which i believe was about $2.40, if memory serves correct. to his shock & disbelief (just like sellitti, biowatch, btttx, e_bounded, and many other UNIS holders - retail AND funds), his investment dropped from $2.40 to .40 - 40 cents. then UNIS announced the R/S, and he was in disbelief. fast forward to today. his 54,000 UNIS shares 'reduced' (cooking term) to 5,400. the current pps is about $3.00. so michaelanicka's equity - which began at $129,600, is now about $16,200 - a LOSS of a 'mere' $112,400. his "tone" changed from hope to frustration to disgust. you barely read his posts now, because he no longer bothers. he's in too much pain. ALL the other names above, and probably 100 more, are in the same boat. sellitti used to say he castigated himself EVERYDAY for not selling at $4.50, and that he had a 'small fortune' in UNIS stock. he disappeared in february. probably sweeping floors in dana's boutique now...

the losses of the funds are just as deep, and the volumes 'hit' by the 10-for-1 R/S in shares holdings are staggering. and if you scan thru 'market pulse' here, or hot copper message postings, you read the same frustration and anger everywhere...

in the meantime, as not only netted at least $10 MILLION, but is still being paid $12,000 a month as a UNIS consultant!!?? talk about adding insult to injury!!! you'll keep waiting for news of product shipping...needles and pumps. china has been buying oil and gas supplies for months! using them? NOPE. they've got tankers and tanks filled to the gills on and offshore. UNIS products must be filling quite a few trash bins, because they're sure not selling any, or shipping any. and with the next cc - whenever THAT actually happens again - sales will still be abysmal - $3.5 MILLION for a qtr? and expenses $80 MIL over the past 6 months??

...UNIS is in a deep nadir! NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING, other than the people who run UNIS, who were APPOINTED!!! the company, thru AMGN, is BURNING CASH at an alarming rate! the only thing that's saving UNIS is AMGN's deep pockets.

as far as YOU, hapless UNIS investors know, NOTHING is shipping - NOTHING!! 90% of UNIS holders from the PRE-R/S days of $4.50 are long gone. the few remaining see $3.00, but forget that PRE-split, that's $30 a share - a "mere" 90% loss!!! and the HIGHEST UNIS was, was $4.50, NOT $30!!!!

IF UNIS loses 70% again, it goes below $1.00 - again, and there will NOT be another R/S. what's the TIME VALUE OF YOUR MONEY that is LOCKED-IN-LOSS at UNIS???

well, give you an idea. for 2 straight days, i've bought 1,000 shares of PCLN early am - before opening, and sold it again at $40 per share UP. that's a cool $80,000 PURE CASH PROFIT in 2 lousy days!!!! and THAT's a pretty good example of the time value of money!!!!!

hold on for dear life, hapless UNIS holders. keep telling yourself that "old mgmt" is gone, and there is a "new day"...wait for the next cc - and see how DEEP THE LOSSES are for the next one. UNIS is on AMGN life support. let's see how long AMGN is willing to administer oxygen (money!)...

uncleg, i sold OUT at .90 - ended up making ALOT of $$$ - but as i've said repeatedly, es is INCOMPETENT as a ceo. all of their MG2 distributors are essentially generating SQUAT in sales. the ONLY attribute about MG2 that should cause 'confidence' is the uniqueness of the product, and the patent on the production. but as i've said repeatedly, like the old baseball scout said about the rookie pitcher, 'potential means he ain't done it yet'...those attributes are NOT generating sales growth, for whatever reason.

there have been all kinds of PR's about MNG2...unfortunately for current holders, NOTHING has generated any sort of substantial sales, and THAT is the bottom line. what are YOUR expectations??? that MNGA would drop from $2.40 to .60??? there are several serious problems here now - just like UNIS - possible need for a R/S, delisting risk, need to raise capital, inability to generate substantial growth in sales. apparently unlike you, i am NOT deaf, dumb, and blind to this company's problems, shortcomings, and es's incompetencies. and i am not shy in saying so...

it's great to be a cheerleader, but at some point, there's gotta be some positive results that lead to sales growth. where are those results and that growth???

HOW FAR DOWN ARE YOU IN MNGA at this point???...

HE obviously can't do it, and the results of MNGA so far have conclusively proven that no one else seems to be able to either. ALL THOSE DISTRIBUTORS all over the country, and sales of MG2 are actually going DOWN????...

if i were you, i'd buy an extra few 'bottles' (tanks) of MG2 now, just in case you can't get it later...jmo...
