  • The perennial search for yield has driven the masses at gun point into stocks and real estate. Fools even purchased speculative rubbish like ZNGA. Here's the problem. This feeding orgy is over soon enough and many will wake up with a bad case of a viral SE Asian strain of the much dreaded bull headed clap. It will hurt when you pee on your ZNGA stock certificates, but you won't be able to put the fire out. There's no proper downside risk perspective anywhere in this stock market, so we learned nothing from 2008 or the dotcom bust of 2000.
We now set up for a Black Dog event, the mother of all stock crashes.

  • Message board life simply isn't the same without the living Legend. I thought you were already released from the spin dry farm, and your "little problem" is now under control. Heaven forbid that you are now in cahoots with arbuorplace and sperm-post. Yes, short more blocks of ZNGA. We were not meant for menial work. That's for mere plebeians.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The message board poster boys became all lathered and excited about the release of CSR Racing 2 as if this latest addition will be the savior of a company unable to post a dime in actual earnings. I simply suggest that the ZNGA Brain Trust, ever consistent, will post more losses in just a few brief weeks. The stock now looks exhausted from this latest pump, and it won't surprise me if all these ephemeral gains are given back in short order. You can play CSR for free anyway, so long as you subject yourself to a barrage of ads and product placement. It's not my kind of game. I much prefer playing backgammon with a woman showing substantial cleavage.
Keep in mind that we are also setting up for a crash in the broad averages, and the decline will be of historic
proportions. No, I cannot call the precise timing, but this calendar year. When this occurs, ZNGA will trade at 150 pennies. The catalyst could very well be the insolvency of some major European banks. We live in fascinating times.

  • That building should be liquidated immediately and the required space leased back. San Francisco is in the midst of one massive property bubble, both commercial and residential, and once the true extent of deflation is grasped via a crash in equities this calendar year, that square footage, ZNGA's only profitable acquisition to date, will fetch less than 50% of its current appraised value. We are talking about an extremely illiquid asset when the decline comes. You will soon be considering the liquidity of ZNGA common shares as well.

  • Soaring stock prices say we are in full recovery and on the cusp of economic Nirvana.
They can't both be right, so which is the proper view? Bonds or Stocks?
Answer: The truth is found in the bond market, a cause for major concern. Consider what deflation will do to the junk stock ZNGA, a hype company with zero earnings. The crash comes this calendar year.
Now ask why physical silver has broken through the $20- barrier if deflation forces are so powerful.
How could silver function as a hedge against deflation?

  • I don't buy it for a second, but the current line of Wall Street thought is that American shores are a safe haven in the midst of world chaos, and thus we are within spitting distance of all time highs. In a global economy, the world is one very connected place, and this especially applies to the mega banks. Jeff Gundlach--the ex rock n roller-- is one pundit I closely follow, and he is of the belief that Deutsche Bank is in big trouble. European banks in general are sick creatures if any semblance of real accounting is applied. That spells trouble ahead in bonds and equities, trouble which will not leave Wall Street unscathed. Meanwhile, I reluctantly admit we have a volume confirmation today on the junk stock ZNGA, and this hype appears headed to the $2.85 area, and possibly 300 pennies. Perhaps it is the pending release of new drugs of conformity to spice up ZNGA's bland menu of ennui. I seriously doubt anyone will purchase this lost cause. As with all ZNGA action, this is a short term bounce only.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Give me several days of strong above average volume and I will even consider the very remote possibility that someone would be foolish enough to make a tender offer for an outfit with no successful profit model. Until volume is there, this is just more rattle and hum, and ZNGA is one stock which sizzles in the pan, and no sooner gives back the ephemeral gains.
In terms of the big picture, all eyes should be on the bond and currency markets. I believe most on Wall Street wander around a full set of rose colored blinders, and current risk levels are vastly underestimated. Once we witness some serious problems in the bond market, with a capitalization many times greater than stocks, the equity house of cards collapses. Once complacency is severed at the neck, no one will risk real money to purchase the ZNGA Brain Trust.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Both act with utter impunity. The overriding question is which one goes down first. I say ZNGA. You have a choice with ZNGA--dump it now. In the next presidential election, there are no viable choices. It's either an insane megalomaniac or more of the Clinton crime family. Out of the ashes of the next five years, one can only hope for a third party. In five years, ZNGA will be no more.

  • This is why quality prose is so important and why I regret the demise of letter writing (an art form) in this sick age of touchscreen realities and 144 character reduction. You are however a particularly difficult read as you can only enunciate a single syllable of four letters. How can I decipher the lines--the inner turmoil so to speak-- between those meager four letter? I beg you to enlighten us further. Proper subject verb agreement is required. Now whip it, and whip it good! Shape matters. And what is the shape of things to come? Will history have to judge us by a scramble of text messages?

  • While you play Wyatt Earp here on the ZNGA board, I want you to attempt to explicate in more than a single word. Yes, I do realize this is a high calling, but paragraphs somehow turn me on. Here's your second task. Some Electronic music hits the proper G spot, and Devo, oddly out of Ohio, is such a band. Devo actually means de-evolution, and in your current amoebic state, you clearly grasp this concept. Now cue up this lovely tune, still a hit in the rainbow gin houses of San Francisco. Yes, "Whip It."
    Crack that whip
    Give the past a slip
    Step on a crack
    Break your momma's back
    Now whip it
    Into shape

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • So I suggest you read the headline article right here on Yahoo Finance from Investors Business Daily. I have never once trusted ZNGA's highly creative non-GAAP accounting where 1+1 = 3.

Summary: The SEC is preparing to crack down on ZNGA alchemy. Anecdotal evidence alone says ZNGA losses are greater than the numbers posted. Please calculate the huge overhead of bloated management and 1600 spoiled techies in the nation's most expensive city, and meanwhile, active paying users are dropping like fruit flies from a rotten fig. If it smells like a dead dog, it probably is.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • That stated, I do keep a close eye on the most actively traded $2.50 strike price. Guess what? Tomorrow is Friday, so I suspect we hover at or very near the $2.50 range.
Bear market rallies very often recoup 50% of the prior decline, and we are in this zone in terms of ZNGA and the broad stock averages. Selling resumes within this context.

Of course I am paid to post here. The quality of my prose and my in depth analysis of the ZNGA Brain Trust demands top dollar from a large hedge firm. I finally found my life's calling after years of struggle, and a major plus is that I can drink and smoke to my heart's content on the job. Short this junk stock and you will never deal with a bar tab again. Guaranteed!

  • It is fading very quickly and take note of the desultory volume. Volume will rise with this junk stock only when it must submit to selling, not buying pressure. Yes Dear, we have much more selling ahead. This applies not only to ZNGA, but the broad stock averages.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • It occurs as soon as tomorrow's session. The overriding question is if it is worth betting on in terms of the potential risks involved. These roadkill bounces in the indexes will be quite strong, on the order of 300 to 400 DOW points in less than a couple hours. It is however critical to recognize that the coming reflex ralleys will behave quite similar to the proverbial ZNGA roadkill bounces in that they are quite ephemeral and only for extremely adept day traders. The primary market trend remains down and down substantially. This is a poor trade in terms of mathematical probability.

Summary: I can't go for that. No can do. Just remain a patient short and ride out the blips on the road to Dante's Inferno. Downside risk still looms enormous. ZNGA's trajectory will lead to a price below 200 pennies, and we could very well see a decisive break into the cesspool.

Obviously, we live in a global financial system with the nerve centers closely connected between New York, London, Frankfurt, and Tokyo. We also assume there exists huge counter party risk in bonds and currency rates between various parts of the world. This is exactly why the turmoil in Europe bares directly on US money center banks. Someone sneezes and the whole world has a bad case of the ague.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Merrill, formerly a conservative firm in its hay day, was on the very edge of bankruptcy during the Crash of 2008 as it was a large holder of the toxic waste known as subprime swaps and derivitives. Thus, we had the shotgun marriage with BofA to salvage Merrill. This tenuous arrangement was ordered (do it or else) by our very own Treasury Department. I just ask you to look at the BofA decline today. Ouch! The selling rout is essentially found in money center banks across the board. Keep in mind that legitimate financial reform was never enacted (dead in the water) by Congress post 2008. Rather, we did the exact opposite, and in light of huge consolidations in the financial industry, risk is now more concentrated than in 2008 since there are so few players sitting at the table. All it takes is for a single major entity to falter, and we have mass contagion. Don't believe for a moment that we cannot have another stock market crash. Risk should have been spread over many players via a strong regional banking system. It never happened. Power does corrupt.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • The volume is extremely heavy to boot. My other favorite indicator, HYG, is at the low of the session, also on very heavy volume. This all suggests that we have much more selling ahead. Can ZNGA resist these broad market trends? No it cannot, and the pain will be multiplied by a percentage factor of three since this is a hype speculative issue with zero profits. What ZNGA has in its favor for the moment is that the major players are not yet selling, and the anemic volume says so. This will not be the case for long.
Summary: We are undergoing a dynamic shift in market behavior not witnessed since 2008.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • What happens when a 30 million sell order hits the tape? Yes Dear, it gets quite ugly. Why were you tossing good money at fads anyway? Are these the best or worst of times? It depends on your perspective.
