NEWLF on fire today. Yesterdays PR shows growth and soon partnership with North / South America oil companies with added ships.
This guy is a idiot. He obviously knows nothing about the industry. First, If CAH wants to stay the sole distributor or access to future products they will have to pay up. It will come over the next 6-10 months. Cardinal knows they have to give NAVB a BIG incentive as the others are begging for rights: GE, Triad, UPPI, and Zevacor. These consist of 240 pharmacies. Last I checked CAH only had about 100 and many are just satellites (spoke and hub) of larger pharmacy. The CAH distribution argument is a joke. The other pharmacies together lap CAH. Most likely CAH pays up early OR everyone gets rights. NAVB wins either way.
I expect GE, Triad, UPPI, Zevacor, and all the others will get rights sending sales through the roof. No need to do a sole source with CAH because the margins will get enhanced either way. New indications and bright future with LS and other products. Open channel is the way to go and when the nuclear providers (who own their customers and sell them filtered sulfur colloid ever day) will then introduce LS with an incentive to switch.
At nearly 1 million each, If OTPP places 10 units this year off of Japan and Asia (which is very reasonable) they are likely to pave the ground for 100s in the future. Maintenance will be kept minimal as they will all be central located. Todays agreement proves that this technology is sustainable and cost effective.
oh and grab some popcorn.
