On Friday, Zayo revealed a new customer win for longhaul dark fiber. An unnamed 'major U.S. carrier' has tapped them for a 20 year fiber IRU worth $50M spanning some 3,200 route miles through nine markets and eight states

Easy to look at insiders sales history. Are they consistantly selling a certain percentage right after shares awarded? If the sell's arent consistent then highly doubtful theres a signed agreement...
Whats the alternative to cops? No cops? Sorry, wouldnt want to live there. Im guessing pretty soon we'll see entire police forces quit in some small cities. We'll see how that goes, with no cops
