Brent deserved that big payday from Cott, as it was due to the drastic changes he made that the company is where it is today, focusing away from carbonated soda. He upset the apple cart along the way, but anyone in the beverage industry will tell you the company's turnaround was due to Brent's changes. Facts sucks don't they Peter. God forbid if you ever made a factual post.
I won't need any luck with a stock growing like mad and trading with a P/S ratio of .70, but thanks anyways.
Come next Thursday, you'll definitely see quite a look on my face when the market opens after Wednesday's after hours presentation. I'll be laughing all the way to the bank .... with your money. LOL. And ... call the company ... they'll tell you the presentation is being webcast. People will be blown away by Brent Willis. He's a rock star CEO.
I don't need a link moron, as the company has already stated the presentation would be webcast. And also .... there is no fee if any company chooses to webcast their presentation, as it's up to them to provide their own webcast. Peter, you're a wealth of misinformation as always. Nice job. LOL.
Peter Piper, the only reason Brent Willis took this job is because he knows he can groom, shape and prepare Bucha/Xing for a Coca-Cola acquisition. It ain't rocket science.
Peter, you're great for entertainment dude. Newsflash: Let's say there's a tie-up between big pharma and a small cancer drug company. All those other small cancer drug cancer companies get a nice boost as well. Unfortunately for spin doctors like you, that's the way the market works.
They've already confirmed their presentation will be webcast. Obviously you're still getting your information from a Cracker Jack box.
If anything this strengthens the case for Coca-Cola to eventually buyout ABRW after Brent explodes the tea and kombucha growth. You've got to be one of the most desperate message board posters there's ever been. Telling everyone to sell ABRW to sell at .36 ? ROTFLOL !! Get ready for next Wednesday Peter. We'll play smear the #$%$ afterwards.
Peter Piper, you're a classic. This acquisition will result in no more than 4 million shares in return for over $50 million in very profitable revenue and more than $7.5 million in synergies. Our CEO made the deal of the century and you claim 100% dilution. ROTFLOL !!
Funny how you won't ever acknowledge the bank loan. Why is that ? The game has changed.
$3.00 ? Huh ? You better change the batteries in your calculator. The stock's worth $5.25 now after this morning's adjustment to EPS numbers with far fewer shares being given to NAB thanks to the VWAP. And I'll be here until the company is sold to Coca-Cola and the many accretive acquisitions along the way will be a blast. You do know what "accretive" means, right ?
Just a little consolidation as we saw in the $1.40 area, but after next Wednesday's after hours webcast presentation, Thursday will send the stock way on up. Enjoy yet again. LOL.
Peter, I see you won't give it up. You warned everyone and their dog at .36 cents and 5 bags later you're still warning. LOL. Better pray to God you cover your short by next Wednesday, as you're going to hear intricate details of the acquisition that spell out how undervalued the stock still is even after a nice run. Sucks for you that bankers are throwing themselves at this CEO. Why is that ? Stick around chump and you'll get another beating as always. The stock's going much much higher with or without you.
I most certainly will when I return, but I'm not sure when I'll leave. I have no worries whatsoever about the stock moving in the meantime, as most days it doesn't even trade, as was the case with ABRW.
Thanks for the compliment and while I will hold ABRW for quite some time, I'm now getting ready to fly across the country to visit another company that is not only firing on all cylinders, but is even more unknown than ABRW ever was. I don't own stock in the company yet, but it looks like a possible multi-bagger in the making. If I like what I see I will load the boat while no one's looking, same as I did with ABRW.
It's no secret that 95% of the companies that present at the LD Micro Conference are there to try and raise capital. Newsflash .... ABRW doesn't need to raise capital, as they're one of a handful of companies on the OTC that can go to a bank and thus create massive shareholder value. Why are they presenting ? Because they are acting as their own IR firm and they want to share the greatest story on the OTC ..... theirs. They realize that virtually no one follows the company .... yet, so they will change that. As far as not hosting a CC about the acquisition, I guarantee you once the deal closes, you'll hear all about the deal and more in a CC. In the meantime, preasenting at LD Micro gives them a chance to talk about the merger which they said they would. Cover your short or be steamrolled into a pancake. Simple as that.
You think the interest rate will be higher than 5.5% ? ROTFLOL !! You definitely don't know who Brent Willis is. Geez, I now see why you told people to go short Facebook. You're clueless.
This so-called dog and pony show will sink your short position once and for all. You are desperate and you should be, as your advice to sell at .36 cents backfired and is no different than your advice to sell at $1.40
