stdvooh - thanks for this post...I was one of the starry eyed investor who bought into the yield, saw my investment gain double digits, and then managed to hold onto AWLCF until $11...anyway I too am looking for an attractive entry point into this now loathed energy sector stock.
So I've got to ask - have you modeled out the cash flows for the next two years for AWLCF? The oil price (assuming it stays below $50 BBL) implies little to no work for AWLCF for drilling.
Yes there's decommissioning work to be done but there are no guarantees that they will have to occur in the next two years, or even by Awilco...
Anyway - what's the downside scenario you have modeled - for 2017 end - in case oil prices don't rebound?
