I would not be surprised if Botten and Exxon had this worked out from the beginning. We will make a bid, then you come in with a slightly higher bid which we will not match. We take the 60 million break up fee for playing, PNG LNG is expanded and we can sell whatever additional gas we find into the existing facility which is all we ever wanted. For our duplicity, Exxon agrees not to buy us.
Well played Sir.
I will take 2 share of XOM for every 3 shares of IOC I still own. No cash necessary.
I would then do multiple cartwheels.
Please be true, please be true, please be true.
From your lips to god's ears.
Starting to approach the range of final price outcome I had in mind.
This stock is simply too much fun.
Interesting and thoughtful analysis.
I do not believe the value of the CVR's are (accurately) priced in to the current stock price.
I think the total value of the deal with CVR's will push the value to IOC shareholders to $50-55 per share.
I am keeping my remaining small position to see what happens.
And yet you still have not sold your "newly bought" position?
Go sell crazy somewhere else, we are all stocked up here.
Whether your buying or selling was fictional or not I don't really care.
All of your posts on the subject are in the same tone and consistency of a child.
If you really own shares, sell them and go away.
If you don't own any, stop posting, it is getting embarrassing at this point.
If they offer an adr, I will keep my position. I love this story too much. And if the deal is as bad as everyone says for IOC, oil search should do quite well. I don't have a large position anymore anyway.
