Agreed. This isn't the release of a new consumer product. I can't go down to the store and buy this thing. (Well, I guess I could but what the hell would I do with it?) This is part of a portfolio of products that they are or will offer and these things will be bought by their customers over time, or not. It's good to see this and other new offerings out there but my concern now as before is - where are the customers? They need to start selling these things.
Do you think the upcoming earnings will indicate that Westell has captured a part of this red hot market? Do you get a sense that they are involved in this market at all? From the outside it's hard to see any progress. The company was pushing hard to communicate their movements, but nothing for two months. Is this the result of some blackout period I'm not paying attention to? Also, I believe they were going to announce their clearlink product Q1, which has come and gone. That was supposed to be a big product. The article you cited from April 20th makes mention of Clearlink, but I thought it was going to be more important to them than what it seems.
