No, glittergates, I never did sell my AAPL shares. Actually picked up some more around $500. I don't expect to LOSE money on this. I stop myself anytime I even think of watching Cramer or Fast Money. They try to get you to buy when they want to sell. Actually I think
the Public Broadcasting radio shows often give out better market insight through their interviews. I also like Fortune magazine.

    Sentiment: Buy

True. I did watch Bloomberg frequently years ago. I drifted away when Brian Sullivan left the morning spot. But, true, Bloomberg seems to be straight reporting, not the CNBC hype and manipulation. I love Bloomberg Businessweek, and love the newer format. I also prefer to get my "news" on BBC. There's a lot going on globally that we, in the USA are "sheltered" from viewing. BBC gets right into the guts of world news.

Too bad for me. I went back to watching Mad Money. If left to my own reasoning, I would have sold my AAPL shares at 700. BUT Cramer said on several episodes "Don't sell AAPL, just own it". He kept saying "don't sell", as if he knew there was big news ahead. Now I am back to where I was and missed a 15K profit that would have paid for my new furnace and other expenses. Just today he said he had been trimming his AAPL. Did I miss some episodes where he DID say sell? I watch because I tend to think he is honest about trading trends, but honestly I seem to lose when I listen to anybody on TV. I need to do my own thing, but it is hard to watch any of the CNBC programming to glean info but never actually ACT on anything they say. Whine whine #$%$.

Volume down. Shake out done. Bank your shares for early retirement. So, what will it take to get this off the OTC BB?? Then we can get more buyers. How does transition happen? The value of IP and patents alone must be considerable. Hmmm, I think I will look up the patents.

George Davidson, the founder of Inventionland, has been a APDN stockholder. Read this link. I'd be interested to know if ya'll think this is a positive, negative, or neutral data bit. T.Y.

I agree. I stayed at Disney
Animal Kingdom Lodge in early December. My last trip to Disney World was 15 years ago. It is truly a world of wonder; I could go there every year. I overheard a number of boomers and seniors mention their FREQUENT trips to Disney. A lot of people seem to buy the meal plan. The high-end restaurants are full. Many families also seem to belong to the Vacation Club. Glad I was loading up on their stock during the recent dips to 30. Some of the newer resorts, like the Pop Culture, attracted a lot of customers, as I believe it is less expensive. But these customers still buy food, tix and merchandise.

    MelaFind's sensitivity was 98.3% NOT 99

If you continue to read the application you will see that they stated " their goal was to reach >95% sensitivity". Why would they write that if they were required to reach 99%? There must be a different interpretation for the 99%

125 melanomas detected out of 127 melas in the study equals >98.4%.
MELA's FDA applic. states their "goal" was >95%.

Once you are diagnosed with a melanoma, you live in fear that any new "spot" will be another melanoma. I know of patients that regularly see 3 different dermatologists in an effort to avoid missing a new melanoma. So fancy - do you think $100 would matter to them??
Does anyone know how many pigmented lesions can be scanned per card??

    Scottrade could not process
buy/sell pre-orders on MELA this a.m. due to name change/CUSIP change. Pre-orders were automatically cancelled - they called me immediately on my cell and re-entered my order.

    reiterate for
    kayjohnny...listen to the
    conference call.
Mela expects to submit complete responses to FDA in less than 30 days. That hardly suggests that more "data" is requested.

  • Electro -Optical is now MelaScience.
They are getting well positioned for the FDA approval
anticipated before end of 2010. Review list of board members. This pool of professionals would only support
a great product. Listen to conference call...this stock is flying under the radar. Melanoma is on the rise globally. This is a safe product. I know people who have 3 or 4 biopsies annually. It takes a toll.
