Trash to Gas Patent Applied For

    by grandpafox Jan 27, 2009 1:19 PM

Gfox, I mentioned the T2G theory on the other board back around sept. You may recall the short story I added about the great skiing the hill provided along with some great golfing near the base of the mountain of trash. Years ago the city of Riverview, Mich decided to run tubes through the mountain of trash to extract the methane to convert energy to sell back to Edison Electric. The gas actually ran turbines that generated the power that was sold to the power company. I lived there back in the 80's when this was being developed. In general the surrounding area is considered upper middle class. There was a brief moment of concern about the methane but that was obviously taken care of. Here's a link to the site. Sounds like good news for TGC. "One man's trash is another mans methane."
    Take care.

I know,Iknow global warming does not exist...

If anyone on this board believes there is no such thing as global warming, then you're as backward as your wasted vote on gramps mccain & sleazy palin. If you could just drag yourselves away from your porn sites, game sites or even, for just 10 minutes, and search the net, there's a plethora of valid, alarming information warning of the dangers lying ahead for us. Someone once said, "did you know that polar bears can swim?" Good luck all.

  • Bush popularity rating is lowest in history
A new national poll suggests that President Bush is the most unpopular president since approval ratings were first created more than six decades ago. Seventy-six percent of those questioned disapprove of how Bush is handling his job. "Bush is now more unpopular than Richard Nixon was when he resigned from office during Watergate with a 66 percent disapproval rating,"

Ok, all you clowns that voted for this idiot raise your hands.

Now, all you idiots that voted for this clown the second time raise your IQ's.

    UN.............................believable. Simply mind boggling.

  • John McCain Votes to Filibuster Minimum Wage Hike

Posted Jan 24th 2007 1:51PM by Matt Singer
    Filed under: President 2008, Economy,
Senator John McCain joined his fellow Republicans to vote to maintain a filibuster on the minimum wage hike. This is clearly a vote to win him financial backing and support from the elites, but it is one that should come back to haunt him in his Presidential bid.

A hike in the minimum wage is supported by at least 75% of Americans -- that number includes a large percentage of Republicans. And it's an issue you can use to win -- as Sherrod Brown learned in Ohio, a state where I'm guessing McCain will want to perform well.

2008 will likely be the year when the rightwing economic vision and electoral reality collide into eachother. This vote is a clear example of how that will happen.

optimist? Are you serious? What economy did Clinton leave bush? It was running on ALLLLL eight cylinders. And now, what economy has bush left Obama? Speak up joe. From surplus to dreadful deficit. Duh, lemme see. Shucks, my durn calculator batteries went dead on me. Earl, your best bet is to change your ID. Cuz we know you can't change your innate ways.

Bad direction? Bush third term, better direction maybe? Why do I get the feeling that you would honestly vote for george a third time? Obama, the wrong direction? Mr. Super duper political/economic're as uneducated as george is, was and always will be. Come on now earl, admit it. Deep down, you've always had a hankerin for a bit'o that ole rebel rowsin bigotry. Or is you just the poster child for the tunnel vision foundation? I'm white and actually had a lump in my throat when I heard Mcpalin lost Pennsylvania. Then when Ohio, with it's young, college educated brigade came to our country’s rescue, we all broke out the champagne. And you know what was so typical? When McCain gave his concession speech and he mentioned Obama you started to hear those ever common boos, but when Obama gave his acceptance speech and he mentioned McCain, what do you think the crowd's reaction was? Take a wild guess, professor. Is it any wonder, that Obama garnered 66% of the votes from those with college degrees? And he also had a very high number of votes from the above 100k incomers. Not to mention all of the republicans and conservatives that switched sides. Wake up earl. The Dixie Chicks, now they are what this country is about. Hey earl, care to get edgemecated? Please check out these two links. Mccain votes against wage increases. Take a good look at that goofy, plastic smile of his as he tells the hard working class to keep working for pennies. And what kind of man would treat his wife the way he treated Carol, crippled in a severe car accident? I have zero sympathy for him, and I honestly don’t care how long he served in the navy. Bad’re sick. Later Joe Six-pack.

LOL. You'll get over it. You might even wake up, or maybe even grow up, and realize the magnitude of one of the greatest indications that it's free (thinking) people have made a choice to right the United States of America as a nation that can lead and regain it's respect and again be a welcomed global partner. Did you hear them mention the massive number of college educated voters that sided with Obama? And wasn't it joyous to see so many, many white people go bonkers at a chance to catch even a glimpse of our next great president. You could help in uniting our Untied States by signing up for a much needed lobotomy. Good luck in your miserable future. By the way, isn't it kind of sad to see george fade away with his head held so low? What a way to go out. Hey joe six-pack, have a beer for me. Ya'll come back now, hear? LOL. YESSS!

  • RickM352 RickM352 Oct 26, 2008 4:16 AM Flag

LOL. We will see that you are correct? Correct, like the story you firmly believed about the so-called black that attacked some white chick because of a bumper sticker? And it turns out see admitted to being a mccain supporter. You are a known loser without direction. Go guzzle a six-pack joe. You are seriously lost and seeking any form of direction, most of which you obviously obtain from fox news and that obese drug seeking rush limpclown. Take a good look in the mirror one day, look yourself in the eyes and ask this the way a grown man should be acting, every day of his worthless life? You are revealing your misguided and warped self to all on this board. Do you honestly, honestly believe anyone here....anyone, takes anything you have to say, seriously? Ask around. Take a poll. You, a true source of fact and truth. What a joke. You're sick, boy. Sick.

Ready to be a socialist country?

    by mistertwister Oct 21, 2008 6:48 AM
    RickM352 RickM352 Oct 21, 2008 9:05 PM Flag

You evidently don't know much about economics. We're already socialists. As in the case of Mr. Conservative himself, Pat Buchanan, who was chattin on CNN and opened mouth and inserted foot when asked about Obama's economic policies. He stated that Obama's platform was leaning towards socialism. Another commentator told Pat, "Pat, you yourself are a card carrying socialist". Pat replied with a, DUH. The fella told Pat to pull out his medicare card, which at that point Pat became awfully silent throughout the rest of the discussion. Then the guy goes on to mention social security being another form of socialism. Which goes to show ya, when palin and mccain, with their backs against the wall, open their mouths in order to divert attention from the real issues that confront everyone, and start their futile name calling, they reveal just how little they know. So to answer your question, "are we ready to become a socialist country"? Anyone with half a brain knows that every country on this planet is socialist to a certain degree.....except gramps and caribou-barbie.

Bought some Ameros last year. Sold a few for a hefty profit. Very nice looking coins and the 2007's are gone. It has been discussed on CNBC already. It'll very likely occur. With all the paper being printed and all the interest (debt) attached to it, the dollar can only drop in value. There is no other solution. For all you nay-sayers, I suggest you study your economics 101.
