it's an op issue to be dealt with for sure, but it seems they have a fix and a timeline mapped out. Doesn't sound too complicated, but I'm sure there is a chance for delays and cost overruns, as with anything operational. But who knows, with service providers dying for work and not much demand on their resources at the moment, maybe they bust a move and do an awesome job, ahead of schedule & under budget. Stranger things have happened. After that, the next thing to get resolved is the border conflict. I'm a little less hopeful to see a speedy resolution, but with revenues down all over, maybe Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana will just come to an agreement quickly so volumes can grow sooner rather than later.
