You better cover donut. I'm sure your friend kitty cat has been scrambling all morning to close his short and change his shorts.
"rjmcbear appears to be the leader of the anti -education club."
Why thank you donut, I'll take that as a compliment. Now tell us again about that short covering rally.
So you move from "DEFAULT" to "event of financial difficulty" just like that. Do you even understand the difference in terminology? Are you really that dense? I see you are resorting to your emergency list of BS out of desperation today. Donut you really are PATHETIC!
We talked about this before and this is normal business practice idiot. Stop trying to play mind games with individuals who actually have a brain. This logic might work at a Trupathon but not here bubba.

why would MU assign all its patents?

US Bank has been Microns collateral agent since 2001 and you're just noticing this! It is a normal agreement for a company to use intellectual property as collateral when money is borrowed via senior notes etc and US Bank is the trustee. If you own a home or a new car and have borrowed money to pay for them whose name appears as first lien holder. Stop making your payments and see who really owns your home. Never mind this will stress you out and probably cause you to devour the rest of your stash.
Amazing call once again donut, it's obviously been sliding daily up the ladder. You are second to no one and deserve an extra dozen today. Job well done!
Looks like the money is flowing from your account into mine. Thank you and have a cream puff on me today!
As USUAL you have NO IDEA what you are talking about donut!

I guess you'll get it right one of these days! In the meantime have another donut.
Here's your power surge donut.
Shares of Micron gained more than 3 percent Tuesday after Crucial, one of its subsidiaries, unveiled a new type of server memory designed to protect data from power surges.
Historically, companies have used uninterruptible power supplies, solid state drives (SSDs), mechanical hard drives (HDDs) or other devices to ensure the security of critical data. While this method of preserving critical data has been effective, the backup and restore times have been very long due to the latency and write times of the SSD and HDD," Crucial said in a release.
"Today's applications such as relational databases, scale-out storage, data analytics, and in-memory databases require much faster backup and restore times," it said.
Micron gained the most within the S&P 500's tech sector, which was leading the benchmark index higher in late-morning trade.
Also lifting Micron shares were spot prices of dynamic random access memory (DRAM), which were heading higher, C.J. Muse, an analyst at Evercore ISI, told CNBC by email.
Still, Mircon's stock is about 10 percet lower this year and down nearly 50 percent lower over the past 12 months.
Yes we are better off listening to you. I wonder what your opinion would have been if Cramer would have said sell, sell, sell and the stock was tanking.
Good for you Max because I was a little worried based on your original post. As you probably have figured out by now denny is full of donuts and could use a good colonic irrigation.
I see no evidence of "re-calibrating the machines" causing a movement in DRAM price. I believe Cramers $15 call last night is the logical reason.
In DRAM spot market today, the market demand shows non-continuous and the suppliers remain using the strategies of limited supply to adjust the price. Moreover, some buyers keep lifting up their target price in order to stock-up the inventory and the demand shows stable on the rest chips. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1G*8) 2133 stays at USD 3.627.
Honestly if you've already made the trade and are now looking for advice on an anonymous messenger board you've got problems. I personally like to go farther out with my contract if I'm buying calls unless a major event such as earnings is in the immediate future. One other bit of advice, don't listen to denny. He has a very SHORT agenda here. For what it's worth, and that's not saying much, last night Cramer said he sees Micron Technology getting back to $15.
