Currently short squeeze.com shows a -5% reduction in shorts for COP and PXD and a -18% for UNG. CVX and XOM both show +5% which are both refiners. I wonder how much COP saves on taxes from reduced royalties to mineral rights owners and lower production in storage. Just a thought.
VXX and $vix both sold off at end of yesterday's trading plus shorts were added to TLT bond fund. Looks like a bullish day today.
Another drop of 5% in shorts on COP and a 18% drop on UNG shown on short squeeze. com today versus yesterday. COP is a big NG owner. Remember they bought Burlington Resources several years ago.
WTIC closed at $48.86 today after all the market recent BS to get the price down to $46. No indication yet on Shortsqueeze.com if shorts were reduced.
