The nice price movement up over the last few days is interesting. It has been rather steady on about 2 to 3 times normal volume. And it has been continuous while fluctuating based on the overall market direction. I can only assume that something is happening. It may not be hugely significant but something is going on. Possibly a Gryphon sale or a bigger sale of the inspection equipment. There has been no formal news so it is hard to figure out in the blind.
There was almost no trading after hours and then there was a 3700 trade at $5:01 that was then cancelled but there was also a 100 share and 1000 share trade at $5.01. Probably got caught in that cancelled trade. Doesn't look real and there was no news so just a fluke. Unless someone knows they sold the company to that guy but the price should actually approach $10 if they did at his offer price.
How many other companies with such a low valuation beat on earnings by 20+% and then go down in price from an already ridiculously low price? Of course we all know what is going on here. As long as that buyout offer is out there it is going to keep the price very low as we are seeing. We investors are being jerked around by this #$%$. The company is doing good and they are making money yet the share price is pathetic. They really need to throw that offer off the table and give investors the stability they deserve and the return on investment. I will never invest in a Chinese company again, they can't be trusted.
