I agree, been with FLO for 15 years and acquired a lot of shares over that time, this is 2012 prices and an opportunity to get more for the future. I think the drivers issue is a two edge sword. They benefited and that will balance the complaint. The decision makers then are the decision makers now...
I don't understand the punishment when EPS went up although revenue went down.. Just does not make sense to me unless there is something we are not aware of...
As opele1 observes, sounds like the dilution of stock to give Carl more is a downward spiral on stock value at least in the short term. What exactly is his exposure on crashing oil?
Interesting... Who is the REIT for RAD because the Walgreens locations are much nicer than the RAD locations at least in my area. RAD's IT is out of date as well, so there will be huge savings consolidating a hundred million in expenses.
Most of RAD and WBA are across the street from each other. WBA owns most of their real estate and they will close the RAD locations, lose the leases and get all the revenue. Brilliant... buying opportunity.
If he was not doing business in countries that kill people because of their lifestyle, he might not be such a hypocrite. Been long AAPL, and when companies like sitcoms start preaching their beliefs it is time to go. I am not in the market or watching TV to be preached to on any subject. Make me laugh or make me money that is what we pay you for.
let's hope it is not shananigans to lower the share distribution. On another note, where was the bankruptcy announcement proclaimed yesterday?
An earlier post asked how successful Levi has been as they submit a lot of accusations but I don't see a lot of results other than their payoff. Where is the track record and the guilty plea or conviction on broken federal laws? Where are they?
I don't blame low oil since customers have not started shuttering operations yet due to low oil, I blame the lawyers and we should go after them.
Explode... I hope so, sold half my position at the top, and rode the rest all the way down. Where are the lawyers now that their damage is done?
This firm makes a lot of announcements against public companies. What have been the results? Could persons associated with them profit from shorting the investigated companies? Is anyone looking into this to protect innocent shareholders from legal corporate raiders? Seems when they make an allegation, individual investors lose big time, almost as bad as 60 minutes on your doorstep. Could this firm returning little to the investors be involved in something more sinister? Just looking for opinion.
