he is no prognosticater..the ITC was well known to be lost long ago, for multiple reasons... NOW..I expect the NDoC trial, which starts in exactly 2 weeks to be a different story...probably, a total of 2 weeks for trial and verdict..so in about 4-5 weeks I expect PTSC to be trading slightly below a dollar..around .85 ish. IMO..Good Luck everyone.
