The most important question is ...When will BP rescue us from this inept management team? The rest is just short sighted bull. Most here are not in this for a quick pop or drop but for the long haul and the prospect of a big win.
Crazy! That said look at the price action. It is holding up really well. I thought we would return to being short fodder. Scratching my head! Sorry something does not add up.
The difficult to manufacture is actually a plus in the long run. Makes it harder for generics to produce as well. Once all hurdles are cleared hopefully this will make this a longer term income for the company.
Is this drug too difficult to manufacture reliably? Is that why no EU partner? The only silver lining to this would be its difficulty in becoming a generic
6 seems like a lot. Were they using second rate manufacturers or is this drug really difficult to produce? Or both? Just can't believe how badly this has been handled!
Davita should just take over this mess. Injured parties include : patients, doctors, specialty pharma, salespeople, investors, short and long, Did I leave anyone out?
Yes confidence may be shaken . But this drug is a very good drug and is making many lives better. I think the patients will request that they be put back on the drug as soon as possible. I know that Davita knows the value of the drug from their on testing. No one has died , no one has been injured at least not a patient. Management should be drawn and quartered.
All the while the patent clocks are ticking. Will someone buy this? Blood is in the water and sharks are circling. Tell me I am wrong!
Only if they can execute on the IDA. A in the hands of this management team is like casting pearls before swine. Just a sin. Shameful.
