Is there really much of a difference betwen the two groups? Not #$%$ anything but re investing dividends in RF right now, but have been adding to WFC for the last couple of months, on the 15th, and plan to do so through year end. Equal dollar amounts each time, let the dividends re invest. When FED decides to move rates, think WFC will be better than RF. Figure, if RF can't do anything to improve share price, a buyout could occur, and think WFC would be a good fit. Both yields above 3%, WFC stronger, RF becoming more of a speculayive add some here and there. 2017 might just be the year to make or break it. Share price moves on, or, RF is swallowed up at these lower prices.
Seems, Regulatory Disclosures is self evident to me. Where would you expect to find it, dalgarnif, here is what to find what you are looking for, since you obviously didn't know where or how to find it. Bright side, next time you will. See, you learned something. Feds make determinations on their requirements, would be under financials, then, under Regularory REQUIREMENTS. Test wil be next Thursday, so study and practice.
I figure must be, he one here I have on ignore, since I didn't see a tread regarding the FED meeting gotta be him. Our resident, never lost money on a trade, always bought at the low point and sold ever so close to the high.
No, the key point is you said significant dividend increase in 16, 8.3% , with their payout ratio isn't significant. So, yield still under 3%. A boost to 3% would, well might have, given me a buy.
8.3% increase, or 2 cents annually I wouldn't really consider a "significant increase" in 2016. Don't get me wrong I am happy with any increase, just that I was hoping and expecting more. Currently I am not buying or selling, but am re investing the dividends.
I think, yahoo should just shut the boards down. Maybe they selling opportunities to the spammers, or maybe that's why they gonna go away and get bought out. When it happens, I'll miss what few of the ol' timers that are left here, but, block and report does nothing. Still miss the old days when these boards were relevant to the stocks, not those trying to earn pennies. Or those that just want to toot their own horns with their pretend money and buy buy buy, or told ya to get out calls. But if that kept them insane, when the message boards disappear, what would them losers do?
