That is a complete lie and leering knows it is

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Oct 25, 2016 2:10 PM Flag

I do not believe any of this will matter in the bigger picture (that picture being srpt's build out of etep commercialization and market cap that will come with it) ... but ...

it is universally known that Leerink housed most of the bigger srpt shorts for the last 4 years

and the absurd swipes that Leerink's Schwartz took at srpt in his "bullish update" were pathetic

    and wrong

we can compare the Leerink note to the company disclosures on Thursday

    that will be fun

    Leering report linked on twitter

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Oct 24, 2016 10:09 PM Flag

    Perez don't hate me

Leerink analyst says Srpt management has now confirmed that ANTGEM HAS ALREADY APPROVED AN ETEP PRESCRIPTION FOR PAYMENT

    I am very sorry

  • as we know, the stock price crash started immediately upon the news that Anthem had issued a policy calling etep "investigatory" and not reimbursable

    and it has yet stopped

the fact that four other insurers had already approved the drug for reimbursement (and now five) was apparently irrelevant?

    my theory

the difference between "one" and none"

if no insurer had said no, I doubt anybody would ever consider that an insurer would so no and refuse coverage

but if just one insurer refuses and says no, then everybody assumes that all insurers could refuse

worse yet, the stock trades like all x51 boys are insured by Anthem and their parents will never change insurers!

what a dark and completely insane thought

but that is obviously the market reaction

we have an srpt stock price crash in face of AA with no competition, with analyst targets waaaaaaaaay above the crash

how and when does this stop

IMO, this will NOT resolve itself until the company speaks and clarifies the "insurance reality" (vs. unrealistic market insane fears)

I very much look forward to the company corporate update on Thursday

    dear careful

all the CEO and CFO stocks sales were pursuant to previously filed 10b5 stock sale filings

pleez do not shoot the messenger

I promise not to post any more facts today

    and there are more

This is going to be quite an important corp update

    drug uptake

you had a 19 hour posting day yesterday

our dedication to your cause is admirable

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Oct 12, 2016 11:58 AM Flag

why, oh why, did you tell us all, repeatedly, that Anthem would never change its mind?

I had such high hopes for you

    it hurts me so

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Oct 11, 2016 9:25 PM Flag

are you aware it has been over 1 hour since your last post?

    I'm worried

    is everything ok?

  • Because the costs of all the drug being sold were expensed in prior quarters

I cannot wait for the first drug uptake report to be issued

Cigna Humana and BC all covering with no age limits

Why didn't SRPT just buy SMMT?

lets dive into reality for just a moment

smmt is years away from a product

none of the royalties get paid with no product

no company gets bought for its market cap

you need to assume a 30% premium

spending more than $40 mil on a marker made no sense

unless of course, careful says otherwise

I continue to believe the first provided update on the drug rollout is going to explode the stock

all the analysts will need to update their thinking

  • careful, you made several posts about smmt and how it would threaten srpt

do you think your postings influenced srpt to generally eliminate such threat?

(I would take credit for this if I were you, its only fair)

I believe the rate and magnitude of the drug rollout will be the next major league catalyst here

I do not understand the continued talk by pundits about "docs" doing this and "docs" doing that and how it could impact the rollout

IMO, the "docs" have already been bombarded by literally all x51 dmd parents asking for their boys to put on drug ASAP

this is probably the safest assumption of all assumptions that have ever been made about srpt

this is for all obvious reasons, much bigger than the impending sale of the PRV (which is big, but not as big as the drug rollout, as the rollout speaks directly to financial performance projections like no other information can

  • Congress failed to approve the proposed 5-year extension of the PRV program last week, which was set to expire on 10/1/16

FDA had already recommended that it be discontinued

Congress on 9/22 approved an extension to only 12/31/16

IMO, the potential value of the PRV the FDA awarded to srpt on 9/19/16 has taken a leap upward

there does not appear to be any consensus to extend the program, and the FDA is against any extension

so the few that are for sale (there appears to be only 2 pediatric rare d PRVs for sale) should be worth even more than anticipated

    I am sorry

you took a HUGE hit today by failing to know what you were talking about

you posted today about NO insurer agreeing to cover etep

you failed to know that CIGNA has formally agreed to cover etep for all ages for exon 51

it looked bad for me too, given my continuous support of you

    I now look really dumb

worse yet, you look like a galactic imbecile

    we make a super team

you will notice what rbc did today after it talked to 3 docs who collectively treat over 100 dmd patients

the uptake will be fast and furious so say these docs

    again, this was OBVIOUS

the literally only logical assumption here was that EVERY parent with a x51 dmd child who has a job wIth insurance will DEMAND their boy be put on srpt IMMEDIATELY

IMO, the current stock price is still not in any material way reflective of this reality

to be serious, me thinks RBC report misses the key point

the report states the obvious - docs will prescribe etep

but it overstates the doc role in that it implies the docs will more control the decision

IMO, exon 51 parents (possibly EVERY parent with a job that has insurance) are going to go see their docs and demand that their boys be put on etep as fast as humanly possible

I be this flow from parents to docs is already happening all over the country

and I cannot fathom what doc will say "whoa lets slow down here and think about this before we jump in", in the face of what the doc will be hearing from the parents

they are going to want their boys on the drug as fast as humanly possible

this is not a situation where there is a new statin available - there the docs do control

but not here, not even close

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Sep 27, 2016 7:43 AM Flag

I assume you have read the new RBC report on its recent survey of dmd docs about their intentions regarding prescribing etep

pleez advise me of your thoughts

it looked super duper bullish for srpt to me

but if you see it otherwise, I will retract this statement
