    Reality.....One Battery, One Boat

Has anyone ever found out who sells those ABC "Green Seal" batteries? Their web site tells all about their technical attributes and the markets they (might) support......but no link to a seller....wholesale, retail, or otherwise. Without defined product sales, what makes them a valued resource for Electriplast? Or are they just another technology licensing company like Integral with no real path to revenue?

All dressed up and no place to go........for 14 years and counting.

Yes, that is a copy of my post. So where is the lie? Where do I claim I forgot something? Where does it say I thought I should NOT have received the ticket?

    Hello!!! Anybody home?

More lame diligence, Whacko style. Not supported. Not factual. Just like the dropout accusation earlier.

WHACKO!! Every day, in every way.

And most of all.....what does any of this have to do with a 14 year old replacement technology that can`t find a paying customer?

You are funny. I know of no other stock where it is assumed that it is the shareholders responsibility to call the company, or their customers....or their suppliers......to get pertinent information. Ha, ha. "Doug said!!" Is that the extent of the diligence you keep bragging about......but never seems to happen? Still waiting for that years old tsunami promise. ROFL !!!

Wake up, dip stick. Just a couple of hours ago you made these accusations......

"who "claims" he forgot to pay a speeding ticket he "never" should have received"

More lame diligence. Not supported. Not factual. Just like the dropout accusation earlier.

High school drop out??? Once again your claimed "diligence" has failed you. Also, do you have a source for your erroneous claims about that speeding ticket?

And once again......But most of all, what does any of this have to do with a 14 year old replacement technology that no one seems to want? Have you found that "Largest Order" revenue yet....or have a good excuse why it hasn`t shown up on the last two 10Q`s? Where`s that BASF license?

  • And it remains unknown whether that battery even contained an Electriplast component. For the long term ITKG shareholder to benefit from this event, other than a short term pump, it will take a signed on customer, and a manufacturing contract. We`ve been here a dozen times before with other press releases and none have made it to that next level.

The time for talk is over, still waiting to see the real deal.

The other side of what coin? What lies? What do you think you have that in any way ties me to my ex wife`s suicide? Please provide some details and your documentation to support these accusations.

And once again......But most of all, what does any of this have to do with a 14 year old replacement technology that no one seems to want? Have you found that "Largest Order" revenue yet....or have a good excuse why it hasn`t shown up on the last two 10Q`s? Where`s that BASF license?

So are you still commenting about the "off topic" personal attacks or are we now talking about multiple daily comments about the same topics? What are these "same topics" you are now referring too?

Why is it that the Hatfield`s can post accusations and personal attacks all day long and no one says a word. But as soon as a McCoy speaks out to defend himself, it becomes worthy of your comment?

"Actually, it went more like this..."? What is the basis for that claim? Let`s hear about the facts your diligence has supporting that accusation.

"Appears ya did"? What is your basis for that accusation? Let`s hear the detail about this, so called, diligence.

As usual you have little content of any value. A blow hard hiding behind an alias on an internet message board. Making unsupported accusations about another anonymous poster. Your "diligence", once again, is a joke.

But most of all, what does any of this have to do with a 14 year old replacement technology that no one seems to want? Have you found that "Largest Order" revenue yet....or have a good excuse why it hasn`t shown up on the last two 10Q`s? Where`s that BASF license?

A 4 year old speeding ticket I got while leaving town as I traveled across a barren desert on a straight road on a beautiful sunny day. For shame. How can I ever live that down. Sometimes it`s hard to keep that Audi A6 reined in. When I got back in town a few weeks later, I promptly went in to pay the ticket. The court clerk insisted I speak with the judge. He must have been having a slow day. After chatting with the Judge for about 20 minutes he promptly cut the ticket fee in half and wished me well. Even shook my hand and gave me a little pat on my shoulder as I left his chambers. We try to keep things simple here in small town America. The weekly newspaper police activity article you probably googled didn`t get that update. Not much diligence there, bozo.

You don`t know squat, Whacko! Please....tell me about this suicide. Let`s hear your juicy details. Dumb as a freaking brick, you are. And the Post Mistress? Yes we have a Post Office in this small community and it has a Post Mistress. A Post Mistress that returns letters that have wrong address on them.....as she has every right to. What about her? Tell me about Mitch and Joanne in human resources at Boeing. Whisky Tango Foxtrot. Who exactly are they and what do you want us to think they told you? Mitch what and Joanne who? And Denise Porter....the wife of the current Fire Chief. Where was she when I was on the force? Where was her husband? Please do continue with the Fantasy Island details your DD has uncovered.

But most of all, what does any of this have to do with a 14 year old replacement technology that no one seems to want? Have you found that "Largest Order" revenue yet....or have a good excuse why it hasn`t shown up on the last two 10Q`s? Where`s that BASF license?

Ha, ha. You don`t believe what I`ve told you.....and you shouldn`t because that`s not really DD, any more than parroting what Doug speculates, so you think up your own narrative....and call that DD. And please, don`t even quote any of my former co-workers, friends, neighbors, or family members, unless you are ready to name them. You won`t do that though because you know that I will drag them to this board so they can call you a liar and a phony to your face. You are a sham, a phony, and a blowhard and have totally earned your WHACKO moniker.

Anyone know what happened to the revenue from that 10-month old "Largest Order" claim??? Ha, ha, ha.

But your "DD" has been totally off the mark, both about my personal information and Electriplast commercialization. Other than a 17 year old DD and a speeding ticket that are fact.....all your accusations are as straight out of Fantasy Island as your stock predictions. You live in an imaginary world of your own making. There`s a reason we call you WHACKO!! You`ve earned it!!

The DD acronym gets tossed around so much that it`s easy for the simple minded to forget the second "D" represents actual diligence. Diligence isn`t simply repeating everything the CEO or one of his IR reps says. Ha. ha. Diligence isn`t just connecting some wannabee dots. Diligence isn`t speculating about potential markets here and potential markets there. Diligence is fact based information that has high potential of creating real value....not just hype aimed at selling shares.

So, keep your Fantasy Island DD, and your, ha, ha, "decent" insights.....I have a feeling we will survive...and prosper without them.

An underwater ocean application. I don`t hear the cash register ringing. Not an 8K material event....just another carrot for this 14 year old technology that can`t find a customer.

A successful week of ElectriPlast Bi-polar battery plate manufacturing.....another carrot.

A Joint Technology Assessment Program (JTAP) agreement......another carrot.

Includes ElectriPlast material to produce lens barrels in its latest release of its LeddarOne Sensing Module.....more carrots.....where`s the contract....where`s the revenue?

Chang Rim Largest Order.....has completed its initial delivery of a mobile consumer device with a first run of [3,000] units shipped to its customer. A 10 month old carrot. Where`s the contract? Where`s the revenue?

And a dozen other press releases that are little more than non material events and deck chair shuffles.

And the only thing supporting this total lack of revenue producing activity are a dwindling authorized share count that are at or near single digit pricing. I`m liking my view from the top rung of this 6X fence I`m sitting on. Ha, ha, ha.

How would anything I say, or anyone else says, on an anonymous stock message board have the slightest effect on the sale or commercialization of Electriplast. I`m convinced manufacturing world business decisions are still based fit, form, function, and cost. I`m sure all who read your zero content, sour grapes post were enlightened by it. Duh!

That said, we live in a world filled with infinitely measurable attributes. Why are we 14 years into the commercialization of Electriplast and still have not secured a single sustained revenue manufacturing contract? What`s the problem?

Hmmmm. A 90 day saltwater test. "This test is required for a customer with an underwater ocean application."

Doesn`t sound like an automotive application. An under ocean bipolar battery application?? Maybe, but don`t see much demand developing there. How about Chang Rim`s "mobile consumer device"? A personal submarine? Ha, ha. Best chance is a Delphi something. But a 3 year old press release and Doug`s best offering finally is a vague connect the dots newsletter blurb. Sure doesn`t raise to the level of an 8K material event, does it. Sounds more like another stock pump than anything close to a manufacturing contract. I thought the news we were waiting for was about BASF and global commercialization?

In today`s "lean manufacturing" world it`s called demand.....and nothing of revenue consequence begins without it. Prototypes and testing, in themselves, do not establish demand. Licenses do not establish demand. Patents do not establish demand. Market potential does not create demand. Demand is only created by a customer willing to sign on the dotted line with a manufacturing contract. For 14 years, and from various management teams, we have heard over and over about prototypes, functional testing, licenses, patents, and market potentials, but not a single customer has gone on record by signing an actual manufacturing contract. What`s the problem???

Perhaps the 3rd time wasn`t a charm. Perhaps sooner is gone and only later and/or never remains.

No press release, no conductive newsletter entry, and no material event 8K.

But all is good........the kool-ade bunch are saying it`s BASF`s fault, not Doug`s. Ha, ha, ha.
