At the moment, Humana stock is selling below its price just before the Aetna Humana merger was announced. Since the merger is still intact, this price affords an investor a price that hasn't been available since the merger news. If Humana was a bargain then, it's an even better bargain now, with or without a merger.
ezalldee: now a lawsuit is being filed against STARZ for agreeing to sell STARZ to LGF for a lowball dollar amount. If LGF was getting such a bargain, LGF stock shouldn't have tumbled after announcing it was buying STARZ. This whole episode is crazy. Maybe LGF could make a movie about it.
bananas: how do you feel this will ultimately play out? I'd like to hear your explanation of how this will eventually be a positive to LGF's shareholders. I'm up for anything positive at this juncture. Thanks in advance.
